RadioShack
We went in for a rare type battery yesterday and the manager, Jeannette. was very helpful.I have avoided Radio Shack in El Dorado for awhile because of employees that seemed to be just collecting a paycheck.

Saso
I've gone to them a long time now (since they opened). They are so fast and effecient. They have solved every problem quickly. I am so impressed. Their pricing is soo fair.

I've done business with this particular store several times now; once for an audio cable, and a few other times for a job. There's a woman that works there (I'm not sure if she's the owner or a manager) that has a rather no-nonsense personality. It comes across as abrasive at first, and takes a little getting used to, but she gives you straight answers. She even referred me over to a local tech shop (Saso Electronics) when I couldn't find something in their store, which is a lot more than most electronics stores do for me. I would recommend this 'shack if you're looking for any sort of cell phone accessories or electronics cables. They have a pretty good selection for a small store, unless it's an oddball item you're looking for (which is usually the case for me).

Saso
I went there for a simple diagnostic test; which cost a flat $25; a charge I feel is reasonable. As soon as I came through the front door, I was signed in for an appointment and brought to the back where I was allowed to observe the testing procedure. Although I can't agree this was a professional action per say, it was a nice touch to be able to see what the technician (Joel) was doing to my computer. It was reminicent of being able to stay with my kid when they went to see the doctor (if I had one). I'm not sure if this is allowed for anyone else, considering I know what I'm doing and had called ahead. After a few simple tests, he determined the problem and I was back in time for work (I went in on my lunchbreak). I have every confidence any other problem I may have had on my computer would have been fixed in a timely and professional manner. Their facilities seem much better organized and staffed than Prairie Tech (a local competitor), which I've done business with before with some questionable results. The only problem I feel Saso has is the fact I had never heard of them till after I was referred to them by Radioshack. I've been looking for a 'solid' tech shop in town for a few years now, and they're definitely it.
