Prior to my visit at El Cajon Mitsubishi I had been looking for a new sedan for a long long time. I emailed, called, visited, drove, and negotiated dealerships all over San Diego county, everywhere from Escondido to The Mile of cars, from Toyota to Honda. Everywhere I went I was treated extremely disrespectfully by the sales reps, I guess they just assumed that a lonely female in her mid 20's wouldn't know a clue about buying a car therefore they "could offer me their best deal". Make long story short after 3 months of dealing with a bunch of corrupting salesmen I decided to give ECM a try, and I'm so glad I did. From the second I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a very warm handshake, I explained to the sales rep exactly what I was looking for and the prices I was willing to pay. I made it very clear I wasn't looking to waste my time or his and that I was not willing to let them fool me either. Both the sales rep as well as the manager Bryan offered me the option to customize my ideal car and they would find it for me at the best price. Surely after I told them what I wanted they were able to find it and have it deliver to the showroom in less than 1 hour. I was impressed with their level of professionalism and their commitment to go out of the way to please!! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is serious about buying a car and wants to avoid monkey business!! And for those who criticize the looks of the dealership let me just say that my experience there was very warm and welcoming, who cares if the showroom is not the size of wall-mart? What matters is the piece of mind you will get once you drive home with a great car at a reasonable price!!

We bought a Fusion in 2010 that was totaled during this past December's storms. That first go around with El Cajon Ford was the best car shopping experience we've ever had, because all three of the above named employees were exceptional in every way. Right from the beginning, Mike, the salesman, made us feel like we were friends, and it was clear that he is the kind of guy who could be everyone's best friend; then, settling on a deal with Rob, the sales manager, was actually fun. The mood was very light and, at times, playful. Finally, Meghan, in finance, was professional and really knew her job. We replaced the 2010. We never gave thought to going to a different dealership. This time, Mike and Rob were very personal in their empathy and couldn't do enough to help us thru the process of our 2010 being totaled and getting us into another car as quickly and affordably as possible. Meghan remembered us from last April, which impressed us, and, again was absolutely great to deal with. We think El Cajon Ford's staff is exceptional, and we plan to return there for any and all of our Ford needs.

I'm in the military and our superiors in boot camp drill into our head that we steer clear of used car lots because they will rip us off. Not only did I get a killer price on my car, the salesmen there were cool as ever. My salesman was no pressure, funny, and there to help me get the car that I wanted. He didn't try to just sell me whatever, he went out of his way to find me the perfect one. His manager Joe, whom was also in the military, was really cool. He does things very differently, he gets it done quickly and without all the you normally run into at car dealerships. It was fun just to hang out and shoot the with him and everyone else there. They had a huge selection of all types of vehicles. All makes and models, I went in there consecutive weeks and they had new inventory every time.

I was in the market for a third Evo (Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution), a car which many dealers with jack up the price on once you show up as stock is limited. This was NOT the case with El Cajon! They stood by their price and even went to great lengths to get the options I wanted (thanks, guys!!). No fast tricks, invoice switching, incompetent service, tactics I've experienced at other dealerships, especially locally. Communication before and AFTER sale awesome, service has been great!!! I even drive several hours just to get service from them!! Chris, the manager, Joe, and Michael H. will close the deal at a good price, and get you the car you want. I've been very happy and refer anyone I know looking to buy a car - go to El Cajon!

Even though we did not get what we wanted at first due to ? Our credit or their numbers they have us an excellent service. Bobby is an awsome guy! He made us feel confident to purchase a new truck.Then Daniel in closing was the most helpful and so professional. He works as a team that all participate to give us that great service. At the end we were leaving a Savannah flu d us a truck that fit our credit. We love it ! Left there happy but still love the first truck we saw. FHA is 3@ Cajon Ford, All were great with us and worked for us for a new truck . bobby, Daniel, Savannah, finance lady...... Are awesome and great customer service. Go see Booby he will treat you great.

Bobby Morales was very nice to work with. We didnt have to spend a lot of time haggling over the price and once we cut the deal on a used vehicle they cleaned it up for me. In addition, since I was not trading in my vehicle, they followed me all the way up to Huntington Beach with my new (used) vehicle to save me a return trip. When I spoke with the finance department, although friendly, as soon as I indicated that my credit union would matched their loan rates, they quickly pulled their offer off the table. Seemed kind of petty considering I was spending over $30 K on a vehicle. Over all though I was pleased with the delaership's services.

I purchased a 2001 ford ranger from salesman Patrick. It had no warranty but was very clean. The truck was very hard to start so I called Patrick to tell him about it. He contacted Howard at service about the problem. Howard in the service Dept. contacted Ron Rattigan. He said to bring it in and the charge would be for the part. I did and the problem turned out to be the fuel pump. It took 5 hours to replace the fuel pump and there was no charge for anything to me. I highly recommend these people for any problem!!!! I certainly will go back to El Cahon Ford for any auto purchases in the future!

i visited a couple of mitsubishi dealerships before i called el cajon. the only reason i called el cajon mitsubishi is because i went into another dealership to have them match my price on el cajon mitsubishi's ad. they not only did not match the price, the other dealership insisted that el cajon mitsubishi could not honor their online price. boy was the other dealer wrong. not only did they honor it, they had other services (2yr maintenance, discounts on parts and service, etc) that were also included in my "unhonorable price" thanks to everyone that helped me at el cajon mitsubishi.

The three guys from Chicago, and Josh were amazing people at El Cajon, Mitsubishi they defy the life-sapping experience of dealing with typical car dealerships. Mitsubishi makes you feel like your family as soon as you walk in. Their business with knowledgeable, long-time employees. Buying and servicing a car there is painless and professional. They want your business long term and are smart enough to recognize the importance of uncompromising customer service. If you're in the market for a new or used car, this is the only place to go.

I've owned mitsubishi's for over a dozen years now (Eclipse and 3 evos), so i've had business with a lot of different dealerships. I finally found one which combines both great sales and GOOD service. When buying the last evo, i did a lot of shopping around. I finally contacted elcajon mitsubishi by email and a knowledgeable salesman immediately called me and we started talking about everything on mitsubishi. I need a dealership who knows what their talking about. The best part, they gave me a REALLY AWESOME deal on my Evo.
