I purchased a car from MD Auto Group. My credit score isn’t great and let’s be honest, most used car dealerships feel shady and just want to sell quantity not quality. At MD Auto I was honestly shocked on how good the whole process was. Si, the manager I believe is straight forward and genuinely classy. Not only did I get a good, fair price, but my interest rate was better than I expected it to be. Si actually called me the next day and had me come back to redo the contract because one last bank he was waiting on offered a better rate. He rewrote the contract and lowered my payments. Their cars are clean and run well. Understand that you’re not buying new cars here and minor wear and tear is absolutely normal. It took me time to get that. As much as I would like to buy a brand new car, I couldn’t. So my experience with this dealership was excellent and I am very happy with my purchase. I actually have equity in the car. More importantly, I was treated with respect, and customer service is everything to me so it takes a lot for me to write up a review. Si is a stand-up guy and won’t give you the used car man spin. He’s a stand-up guy and I respect that. MD Auto Group is a diamond in the rough. I’ll go back.
While out in California for a short period of time, my granddaughter needed a used car and, purchased a wonderful little Chevy Cavalier from Jerry at M&M Quality Vehicles this past weekend. Jerry Copley, with M&M, was EXTREMELY helpful to her. He not only came back to the lot, in the evening, after he'd already left for the day, he also met her at the rental car lot to drop off a rental car, then, drove her back to his car lot to complete paperwork, then, the next morning, took the rental car key back to the rental company, as it couldn't be left in the evening. He did a great job and was considerate and caring too! M&M Quality Vehicles was a great place to do business with and Jerry is awesome! We HIGHLY recommend this company! (Colleen in Kansas)
My husband and I had a great experience at this dealership looking and test driving the 2013 CRV and Honda Accord. Our salesman, Israel, was very accommodating and patiently answered our questions. We did not feel pressured into buying. Since we were anticipating the stereotype car salesman and treatment we were pleasantly surprised. We returned with our new car a few days later and Israel spent a good hour and a half helping us understand the different features and programming. The new buyer/owner in-service, who included sandwiches, etc., wasn't as in-depth as we had hoped. Hopefully, we won't be disappointed with other services offered by this dealership and look forward to being a happy first time Honda Accord owner.

Ryan met with me in a timely fashion, was totally awesome, and with cheerful and intelligent assistance got me through my car warranty/repair ordeal. All I can say is that EVERY TIME I have bought a car there, I was treated like royalty, I was given a screaming deal, I was walked through the process every step of the way and the entire team made me feel like I was the only customer there. If you're in the county and you're looking for a new Honda, go to these folks. They know their business, they give a fair (dare I say great) deal and they are right there, to follow through, every step of the way. Great job guys! I'll continue to buy my next Civics from you and I'll DEFINITELY recommend you to my friends and colleagues! Thank you for a fantastic experience... again! :-)
