Alpha and Omega Tree Service
I made a panicked call to Bryan Anduss, the owner. My primary concern was large limbs hanging over the electrical wires in my back yard. Spring severe weather season had just begun and I had heard a forecast that in the coming week we would have very high winds gusting over 60mph. This was on a Saturday. Bryan came out that Sunday, He cleared the lines, chopped and stacked the branches into perfectly and uniformly fireplace size, and cleaned up the area. This was all done at a reasonable cost much lower than estimates I had gotten earlier in the year. He is meticulous in his work. He was prompt, polite and is a certified arborist, and gives free estimates. Oh, and the cherry on top, he is an Army veteran. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of tree work.

When we received an email from UBuildIt asking that we go online and give our feedback, I was surprised that we hadn’t already done so. The reason, we absolutely loved building our home with UBuildIt. Everyone involved with our home was extremely helpful. The project wasn’t flawless. There were a few hiccups along the way but our consultant and everyone at the office was always there to give advice and options. Thanks to their advice, we built our dream home and managed to have over $60,000 in equity. I would suggest to anyone planning to build their home to give them a shot.

When my father passed away, I inherited our family home. He and my mother lived in the home for over 45 years. While the "bones" were in great condition it was in desperate need of a face lift. I had a couple of companies come out to give me bids but everyone seemed to brush aside the goals that I had. UBuildIt didn't. They gave me options and helped me fine tune my vision. I love that about them. They didn't push anything on me or try to take advantage of me because I am a single woman. I truly feel that they had my best interests at heart at all times.

I've tried visiting HBT's website to see available homes that they have. I have never had such a frustrating time trying to navigate a home builder's site. You have to jump through quite a few hoops to get the info you want. Half the community links don't even work, community info is often outdated. (i.e. There are neighborhoods open since 2013 that are still "coming this summer".) LOL. If HBT would like more visits on their site, they might want to make it more user-friendly. It's frustrating enough to say "forget this" and move onto another builder.

A+ I Wanted to save some money on my remodel by doing my own paint and tile work. The other companies that bid my house all seemed to have a problem with that. U BUILD IT didn't have any issues with it so I went with them. I ended up doing my own clean up and paint but let one of the subs do all the tile work because of his price. I thought that I was going to save more money than it actually ended up being so I took the easy road. Everything turned out great and I was $7,000 less than what the next closest bid was.

I wish that I could say that everything went perfect while we were building our home but it didn't. There were a few problems that came up during our project. Thanks to the help of UBuildIt, we were able to overcome the majority of the issues and are now living in our beautiful home. My only warning to you if you plan on using UBuildIt to build your home is to trust your construction consultant when they give you advice! They are really there to help you make better decisions and to help you avoid mistakes.

Home By Taber
Homes by Taber comes through for me again.... Had a plumbing back up that another plumbing company and recommended a $1400 repair. My property was out of warranty by two months but I contacted Lynn in the Homes by Taber Warranty department. The staff bent over backward to try to help me and found that the problem was misdiagnosed. Two months after their warranty expired but Homes by Taber still helped me out and got my repair completed with no charge. Thanks Taber, Lynn and your whole warranty department

After our home caught on fire, we decided to try and stretch the money from our insurance company the furthest we could. After seeing some of the UBuildIt commercials we decided to give them a chance. They didn’t let us down! The home was completely repaired and the best thing was that we were able to add tile and wood floors throughout. We also now have granite. The home looks many times better than what it did plus we had exactly $138 left over from our insurance check.

So far so good. We just finished our specification meeting. WOW that was a ton of information. Now our home is out for bid. Everyone has been extreamely helpful. I have really enjoyed working with Ron E., Scott W. and Courtney T. so far. I even met Bob the guy on the commercials. He was very nice and just as animated in person as he is on the commercials. We look forward to getting the home started. We will keep you updated.

I loved the fact that me and my husband were the ones making the decisions not some company just looking to get paid . UBuildIt gave us advice and options and even let us choose the subs and suppliers that would be working on our project. For the majority of the project we went with subs and suppliers that they got bids from but we did our own painting and clean up. The whole process was a blast.
Tips & Advices
Trees take years to grow and can add value to a property, and a lightning strike can destroy a tree in a instant. Many arborists offer lightning protection systems that can protect trees from being damaged by lightning strikes. These systems use copper cables to ensure that in a lightning strike, the lightning is harmlessly diverted to the soil.
Certain conditions can cause soil to become hard and compacted, and this can make it difficult for grass and trees to access the nutrition they need to thrive. With soil aeration, the soil is perforated with tiny holes, loosening the compaction and making it easier for roots to connect with the air, water, and vital nutrients they require.
Arborists can tell which species of trees are most likely to thrive in your location based on soil conditions and local climate. Also, trees need to be planted at the proper depth to thrive, and an arborist will provide guidance in this area.
Tree trimming can be quite dangerous for the person doing it, and the U.S Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries lists it as one of the most hazardous professions in the nation. Falling branches can cause injury, and electrocution can occur if tree pruning takes place in close proximity to power lines. For these reasons, tree pruning is best handled by a skilled professional.
Tree pruning can have a huge aesthetic impact, and, if artfully done, it can greatly improve a tree's appearance. Tree pruning can also boost the health of your landscape. By thinning a tree's canopy with pruning, the tree and the landscape beneath it will be able to access more air and sunlight, resulting in improved vitality.
