This is the worst run place I've ever had to deal with! After my LG front load washing machine broke for the 4th time...My Home Depot extended warranty told me to contact this business instead of A & E Factory Service....After waiting for over a week for the initial service call, and after explaining the problem to them over the phone, the technician came out with the wrong part and said he would have to order a new part from LG and it would take another week.., He said he would call me as soon as the part was in and he would come out and install it as soon as it was in...Well, he called me in a week and said the part was not here and would call me when it came in....after waiting another week with no call, I called them back and asked about it....they told me that the part was in and I would have to wait another week for a tech to come out and install it. Here we are on the 4th week and I have an appointment between 2-4pm...at 5pm no one had shown so I called and asked where my technician was....apparently he did not have the part so he blew my appointment off, didn't even call me. Come to find out, my part was sitting in a van that was in the possession of an employee who quit the previous Friday....I asked them why wasn't my part given to the technician that they scheduled me with? They told me that they didn't do that....What? So how was he going to fix my washer? This company is a joke! The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, let alone get the right part in the right van for service calls. No one calls you back, seriously, I cannot understand what they do all day. I know it's been 4 weeks without a washer and I'm getting a bit cranky.... I'm stuck with these yahoo's because Home Depot chose them to do their warranty work....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give this zero stars, I would. I could write a book about the horrible disregard this company has for customer service but I'm afraid I wouldn't have enough time. Samsung contracted this company to come out and repair my dryer over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been repaired. The control board was originally diagnosed as the problem and was a warranted part, but they still charged me a diagnosis fee and are refusing to refund it.... Only to findf out that the control board was mis-diagnosed and they sent the technician out to repair a completely different part without even checking to see if it actually needed to be replaced. So I am stuck with paying $90 for a warranted repair (the motor) and a mis-diagnosis. The manager Jason has absolutely no sympathy for his customers nor does he seem to care. This company is so un-organized and does not communicate very well at all with its customers. I hope they go out of business

Too bad for these people I know some about the refrigerator. After 10 days and worst customer service ever they came and told us evaporator and heater need to be replaced, by them I knew they are rip off I sent friend who knows little about these to look at it he said it needs the fan, I purchased the fan for $28. from e bay and install it. it is working perfectly, the cost of evaporator and heater about 700.00, These people are bunch of rip-off and thief, Beware!

GE Appliance sent this company out to fix my washer. First appointment guy found what i knew was wrong with the machine and then ordered the parts. Parts arrived at this service company's location. Second appointment had to wait 3 hours and no call from the company for not showing up to fix the washer. i had to call them just for excuses on why the appointment was missed. Third appointment 2 weeks latter they did the same thing AGAIN!!!!!!! I have lost time, money, and the use of the washer for over a month at this point. STAY AWAY FROM THIS Newport TV & Appliance company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After dealing with these folks it left me to wonder how on earth they stay in business. They were contacted to repair my Samsung TV, after many phone calls, and numerous attempts to actually speak to a person, an appointment was set, when the technician finally showed up, he walked in, took a picture of my TV screen, and then said he would be back. After sitting in his van in my driveway for twenty minutes he came back in and said he could not fix it, that it wasn't under warranty, (its 8 months old) That Samsung didn't cover damage, I tried to explain to him that it hadn't been damaged in any way, all he did was say that if I wanted to pay them, they could repair my $1200.00 TV for about $1100.00!...Luckily, I had taken out the additional warranty with Geek Squad from Best Buy when I bought the TV......I called them, they came right out at the scheduled time, accessed the TV, observed that it had not been physically damaged, he advised that he would order the parts and return in one week, and like clockwork, right on time he and one other technician arrived, and repaired the TV right there in the living room. If you purchase a Samsung TV you better be sure to purchase an additional warranty through Geek Squad because Samsung's authorized service representatives, Newport TV, here in OKC are terrible. I really do like my Samsung TV, but I may think twice about buying another one because of who they have contracted to do their warranty work.

Completely agree with other reviews! This place is unreal!! Made an appointment online for April 28th. Days later they called to "schedule" me for an appointment. I told them I already had one. They said I did not and the online appointment wasn't really set. The quickest they could get me in was May 6. I grudgingly took the appointment. May 6th rolls around and I receive a call from the technician an hour before he is supposed to be at my house saying that he has fallen ill. He called from one number but left a different number for me to call him back on. He wanted to come on a Saturday as that was most convenient for him. I called the office back and I was snarkily told that they could not send a different tech any earlier because they were already seeing 8 calls a day. Why is that my fault? I will NEVER call this company again!! Why you have to pick at least one star is ridiculous!

I only gave it one star cause you can't give it no stars. Can't get a hold of any one. Then once you get an appointment a month later, the Tech's don't show up for scheduled appt. Very frustrating to work with an it is a waste of my time.

Everyone on here should go to the BBB and report these idiots. The principal of the company, Tony threatened to fight me... He's about a thousand years old. It was very difficult not to blast this guy in the mouth. Go review these people!!! Link is below. Today I had a great experience with this company. I spoke to my home warranty company yesterday about our Subzero refrigerator in our newly purchased home. They informed me that they had sent an email to Budget Appliance Repair during our conversation and I should expect a call from him within 24 hours. I had not received a call by early today so I called in order to make arrangements with my employer. My call was answered with a simple "hello" which took me a bit off guard, but when I questioned the man who responded he confirmed he was with Budget Appliance Repair. He told me that he had received the email and he would be at my home between 1:00 and 5:00 that day and he would call when he was headed my way. He called at 3:00 and arrived at 4:00. He diagnosed the problem as low freon and asked that I call him in 24 hours to let him know if it had cooled appropriately. The refrigerator cooled almost immediately. In contrary to others experiences with Tony, I have to say mine was very pleasant. I would not hesitate to use them again! He was never rude or inappropriate, he was actually very nice to deal with. Thanks Tony!

Water leakage is usually caused by a blockage of the defrost drain by food or debris. The ensuing overflow can leak inside the refrigerator or outside. This problem is often an easy DIY fix--just clean the debris away. If you cannot locate it, it could be a clog of the system and might require a technician.
The most common cause of a refrigerator running is a faulty seal, usually on the door, allowing a constant flow of warm, humid air into the unit. To combat the warm air, the refrigerator’s cooling system kicks in and might stay on. This can cause strain on the cooling unit, not to mention higher utility bills.
The most common reason an ice maker stops making ice is a faulty water supply line. The most likely culprits are the supply line being frozen, broken, disconnected, or the filter being clogged, which prevents water from passing through.
The most common refrigerator maintenance issue is the most obvious: The refrigerator isn’t cold enough. Next is a faulty ice maker, the refrigerator not functioning at all, the unit is making strange noises, and the dispenser units are not dispensing water and/or ice.
Frost buildup in the freezer is a result of warm, humid air entering the freezer and then freezing. It could be as simple as frequent opening and closing of the door, or a faulty door seal allowing air to flow in. If those are not the issues, the automatic defrost system might be malfunctioning and require servicing.
