We are very sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience at Eastpointe Manor. Yes, you have been doing business with us for 10 years now. In those 10 years we never once raised your price although the cost of everything has gone up for us. We absorbed that cost and kept your party at the same price because we appreciated the relationship we had built over the years. We gave you outstanding service over the past 10 years as we do for each of our clients. The room your party was held in has a minimum requirement of 120 people, which you did not meet. However, in order to accommodate your guests we have allowed you to have the larger room without an additional charge. Our banquet hall has two rooms as do most other halls. As a business, if a customer comes in and wants to book a party in a room that is available, of course we are going to accommodate them just as we did for you. If you wanted the whole hall to yourselves you had an option to rent out the whole facility. When your party complained that the music was too loud coming from the other party, we did in fact ask them to turn down their music. The wedding party was nice enough to accommodate this request. Again, we are very sorry to hear that you were displeased with your latest experience at Eastpointe Manor.
