Came in today to have a pedicure and I will not be back. Sat down and he brought a little basket with all his tools and after he was done, he wiped the area down with the same towel he dried my feet with and then used the hose to rinse down the tub and pumice stone and then put the pumice stone back in the basket. Not once did he pull out a disinfectant to clean the tub and I did not see the tools go into disinfectant either. I was horrified. To top it all off he made no effort to converse and when he asked me a question, I answered and started to explain he said "Okay okay okay" as if he wanted me to stop talking! Massage was very hurried and rough as well. So disappointed.

My so called Spa Pedicure lasted all of 25 minutes, which includes the 10 minutes of wait time at the end. It consisted of a lukewarm spa foot bath although the man (possibly manager/owner) doing my pedicure ran hot water when I asked him to. It also included a quick swipe of nail polish remover, callus removal with a stone on my heels and calves. Ouch, yes! With the way he had my foot bent, he kept missinh and hitting my calves with the stone. He nipped the cuticles on my right foot, apparently the left foot didn't need that. ? I was then treated to a quick mint scrub of my feet and calves and was literally punched on the bottoms of my feet by his fists. I think that was his version of a massage, thankfully it lasted only about 30 seconds on each foot. My lower legs were then wrapped in hot towels then smelled strongly of bleach, and he painted my toes with 1 coat of clear, 1 coat of colored polish and then a top coat of clear again. He then got up and walked away leaving me to enjoy the sensation of rapidly cooling to downright chilly towels on my legs. After he'd been gone about 5 minutes, I pulled the towels off. Another 5 minutes and I had enough. I stood up and looked around to find him doing some woman's nails. When I told him that I was uncomfortable and very unhappy with the service, he apologized, told me he forgot and offered me $5 off. So basically I paid $20 for a polish change, a quick scrub and a pummeling. Lotion must have been optional, because I certainly didn't receive any. With his complete lack of attention, I'm praying the tools and foot spas were actually sanitized and I didn't catch a nail fungus

I have been going to this salon for over four years now. I have tried other places, but due to this ones location I return here. Last time I went I got a pedicure and a shellac manicure. The owner did my pedicure and painted way past my nails and left it. He also did my manicure, they were all bubbly and peeling. The polish once again was all over my fingers. His wife then took the time to redo what he had just done and made three of my fingers bleed excessively but just kept going. I was there for almost three hours for crappy service. I went in at 4:15 on a Sunday and they told me they were closing soon and could not do my nails. They do not close until 6! I will not be returning.
