Bushidokai Traditional Martial Arts
I have been in and out of five martial arts styles in the last 25years. Bushidokai has been the best fit for a practical and effect self-defense I have found. The holistic approach of training in the eight arts of Kosho has kept me healthier and given me more ability to defend myself than any of the previous arts I have trained in. I found Bushidokai over seven years ago and will be able to train in Kosho until I am even older and grayer.

Bushidokai Traditional Martial Arts
I have studied Martial Arts for 13 yrs when I was younger and earned my BB in April 1988 in Chinese Kenpo. I have studied many different Martial Artsstyles along the way to broaden my knowledge. It has been 20 years since I have studied Martial Arts and have been searching for the last year or so to get back into it. I have been fortunate enough to find Sensei David LoPriore, Kai Cho. This is a well rounded traditional Martial Art that is for the seasoned Martial Artists and beginners. I have only been studying for under a month so far at Bushidokai and am understanding the depth of this teaching to be the most detailed I have ever experienced in all my years of studying. I would highly recommend Bushidokai Dojo to anyone experienced or just starting out on their journey of true Martial Arts Enlightenment. This is how true Martial Arts should be presented. Go BIG or go HOME.
