Elegant Nail Salon
Came to the shop as a walk in client when my nails were in very bad shape. Got a great manicure in a beautiful shop. The cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. Staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. My gel manicure lasted me four weeks before any chips or lifting. I plan on returning regularly, and referring anyone I know who is looking for a good manicure.

This place is ridiculous. I walked and was thrilled to see that it wasn't busy since there was only one other customer inside. I waited about 2 minutes to even be greeted. Finally, a female worker who had been sitting on the pedicure chair watching a show on her phone asked me what I needed. I asked for a no chip manicure and she told me to pick a color and sit down. I did so. Then she sat down propping up her phone and continuing to watch her show with full volume. She switched eye contact back and forth between my nails and the show on her phone. She was also very sassy when I changed my mind about the color I wanted and apologized several times, repeating "are you SURE?" about 3 times. She did not speak to me otherwise at ALL until the end when she was trying to get a tip from me. My nails didn't turn out horrible but just from the attitude and service that was presented, I can confidently say I will never be back and would never recommend this place.

I just moved to Lansing and was recommended to try this place. I have psoriasis and the nail tech doing my pedicure refused to give me a full pedicure because she was "scared". Worst experience ever! When your in the profession of touching people's skin... Make sure your educated on these things . Never ever would I go back and I will make sure my friend who recommended me doesn't go back either. There loss ... I spend a lot of $ on my nails.

Went for a pedicure and manicure with gel polish and was disappointed when my gel polish started to peel only one day later. I was on a trip for work for the week and could not get back to them to fix it until a week later. When I called to get my nails fixed I could not believe they actually charged my for it even when the guy that answered the phone told me it did not matter who fixed them. It is too bad that they lost a repeat customer for a measly $15.00 gel polish fix.

I went to this place and it was extremely disappointing. The pedicures are priced cheap but you get what you pay for. When I get a pedicure, I expect my feet to be rubbed pretty decently, not just slapped around with with lotion. In addition, the lady hardly cut my toenails and I had to ask her 5 times to get the ingrown toenails out. Won't be back.

I went there for about 5 months. I was happy with my nails when I left but I hated how all the girls would take their language amongst them. I feel that was very rude. I also hated how I had 3 different people doing my nails in one visit. When I went there, I wanted Mylie to do them and she would start them and have others complete them. She also bugged me about my eyebrows since that was her favorite thing to do. I do not like people getting close to my eyes and she would not take NO for an answer, Needless to say, I quit going there.

Just a moment...
