I was a little put off to see a man running this store. I gave it a chance anyway. AM I EVER GLAD I DID! The man who owns the store, Ash, is kind, respectful, and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. He was honest about some changes I wanted to do, but the designer wouldn't do them. He offered alternatives, and I was able to have just what I wanted! The dress came in a little late, but that wasn't his fault~ I called the designer myself and they told me so.I didn't want to buy my bridesmaid dresses there until I had my wedding gown because I heard horror stories about bridal shops. I did order my bridesmaids, and aside from normal alterations, all went well. They came in a month early! My sister bought her daughter's dresses in GA, and she ordered white, when my dress is ivory! Oh Noooo! East West had my niece's flower girl dresses custom dyed to match my dress, saving my sister from having to buy new dresses. They saved my bacon! I would definitely buy from them again. This shop will go the extra mile to help you out.

I went to this location two times before I found and purchased my dress. The first time they did not pressure me too much even though I did not buy that day. I did feel a little rushed because my appointment was the last before closing, however it was not a big deal.\r The second visit was during their $99 wedding gown sale. I arrived with no appointment and was not treated any different then if I had one. I did not have to wait more then a couple minutes to be helped, and I was allowed to go through the $99 gowns to see if they had anything I liked.\r I found a dress that I loved and the girls were very helpful with advise on fit as well as accessories. (even though they knew I was only going to be spending $99 that day!)\r For the amazing deal I got on my dress, and the good service I would definitely go there again.\r I would recommend David's Bridal for gown shopping on a budget, just don't expect the intimate boutique feel - but in all the value outweighs everything else.

this store is very unique. the bridal shop has usually products the most bridal shops don't carry. they really thought outside the box. the style is unique, very friendly, and they seems to get what brides need and wants. which most store only care about how much money the can pull from you, this bridal shop is more like how much they can help you. i thought it was cool.

I had a great experience. The girls we so helpful and they guided me to the most amazing dress. I honestly don't think I would have chosen a dress or even tried on a dress like I ended up with before my trip to Mariella's. Great Shop, Great Selection!

I just purchased my wedding dress at Stylish Impressions this past Sunday. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called same day and they were able to squeeze me in to an already busy day. I went there after having a bad experience at another bridal store earlier in the day. I had been to 4+ other stores and were starting to lose hope that I would find the perfect dress. When I first walked in I was greated and brought upstairs to find four full racks of gowns, from multiple designers. They had a tremendous selection of satin, tafetta, a-line, mermaid, ballgown.. you name it they had it. My consultant was amazing let me pull as many dresses as I wanted and did not rush me at all. She listened to what I liked and didn't like and pulled amazing gowns for me too. It was down to two gowns and in the end I made my decision and purchased my dress, they measured me, I paid and that was it! They also give you a discount on bridesmaids dresses, tuxes and your veil which they also have a good selection of. I highly recommend this store the owner was polite and helpful making sure all of the brides were happy and being treated like they were the only ones there!! Love them!!

I called the wedding dress to request a fitting and asked if they would be willing to alter a dress that was not purchased from them. I bought my headpiece and my mom bought her mother of the bride dress from them about two weeks prior. They said that they would be willing to alter my dress and i made an appointment for two weeks from then. I tried to call again several times over a week before my appointment to try to make an appointment for my Aunt who was visiting from Florida and didn't receive a call back until one day before my appointment. The woman I spoke to began by telling me that they did not have the time to see my Aunts dress and proceeded to try to talk me out of the appointment that I had waited two weeks and taken a personal day for. I stated that I would like to keep my appointment. When my aunt (who had not yet seen me in my dress), my mom and I walked in for my appointment the next day, the door a bell rang loudly and we waited….and waited. Finally a woman came out and from the get go was one of the most unpleasant nasty people I have ever met. She offered us no hello or greeting and in a very unfriendly way said "DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT". I told her I did and she told me to use the fitting room on the right. I came out to tell her the room was full of dresses and i didn't want to damage them by hanging my dress over them. She said "then just go in the other one"… so I did. I was so thrilled to try my dress on again and to show my aunt. I somehow managed to get it on and zipped without any help and came out ready to show my aunt and to be fitted. Before I even made it to the pedestal the woman through her hands in the air and said "I don't know what you expect us to do with that hem but we won't touch it. A cut hem is the hardest to work with it so you'll just have to live with it as is". I was in complete shock and this day went from being one of the happiest to one of the most upsetting. My mom saw i was getting upset and said "don't worry, lets just wait for the seamstress and see what she thinks". The owner had watched the entire thing go on and responded to my mom, actually she is one of the seamstresses. I couldn't believe that the owner would support this treatment and believe it or not it gets worse. The seamstress came out. (My dress was purchased at David's Bridal and the seamstress there told me it should be taken in at the sides.) the bust fit but the hips were about a size too big. The seamstress pinned from the back which caused the fabric to fold at my natural waist. I am a 5'7 size 0 and the whole time the seamstress was tugging at me so hard a was ready to fall over. The first seamstress told me to scrap my dress and start over because this was obviously the wrong size and why would I have bought this size. I explained that the size down was too tight in the bust. She said i should have gotten it anyway and the could have let it out.. My wedding was in two months, I had spent 1000$ on this dress and was almost in tears. I told them again that I was uncomfortable with the folding and the first seamstress said nastily "I don't think there is anything we could do to make her happy". I told them I was very uncomfortable with what had just played out and would not have them do my alterations. From there I went to see another local seamstress. I put on my dress and she said I did the right thing buying the size i did, I told her that the wedding dress was going to take it in from the back (which was heavily beaded with lace applique), her exact words were, "Thats called ruining the dress". Please be careful it is clear to me that the wedding dress is a morally unsound business that doesn't care about the feelings or happiness of their customers only about financial gain. I have truly never been treated this way in my entire life.
