So I go through the whole store, I go in often. Waiting for the day they learn to drop their prices to regular. The algae is all over the fish tanks. Not cleaned off and with out any algae eaters. But what I'd like to mention most is the mammals. Rats bunched together, having crappy tons of babies, handing people feeder rats and mice in just paper bags, not plastic. Unsanitary. Birds may be hanging higher but they hang over the guinea pigs and bunnies. Bird crappy all in the lower cages, completly unsafe. None of the mammals get to see the fresh air, they are in a tiny back room, closed off from circulation. The mini Rex is what I wanted to buy, 59$ for even the rexes. I know I can get them for the normal price of 35....at most. Seriously need to lower your prices. They went from a huge location right next door, to a very small cramped location, and maybe that's why their prices are so high. Because they can't afford to do what they so. People don't want to come in there, its dirty and not customer friendly. As in just the sight of it. It's like some back water shady location.

The selection of fish is very good. Many different varieties of fish to choose from but the customer service is mediocre to fair at best. For the most part the younger guys in the fish dept are knowledgeable and helpful. There is one guy there I believe his name is Tony can be very condecending in mannerism and tone of voice. If you don't know much about fish he will assist you but with a very vexed and arrogant tone that can put you off regardless of the good product. If you could care less about customer service then this place is an excellent source for fish.

This place has been around for 40 years , that should tell you something about their shop . All the animals and fish they sell are super heathy and you can tell they take pride in the shop and the well being of the pets they sell . I think this is one of the nicest pet shops anywhere . Check them out , you will not be disappointed that you did .
Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
