I visited this church today (not the first time). The preaching was solid, the people were reasonably friendly and there was a clear invitation at service end. The church seems to be organized and well run. There was, however, one serious issue that needed to be addressed. During the preaching portion of the service, there was an individual near the front of the sanctuary that continued to "whoop and holler" yelling comments like "Amen" and "Preach it" along with various "Whooo" s and such, very frequently throughout the message. I don't mind an occasional Amen or quiet word of encouragement, but this is ridiculous. I found this to be terribly distracting and eventually became irritated to the point that I was considering leaving early as I really wasn't getting much out of the message at that point anyway. This is a good church and I may visit again but, if I do, I believe I will try the early service to (hopefully) avoid this type of behavior. It's a shame that one individual is allowed to disrupt the service week after week without restraint.
Best church ever and youth group
