We were previously self-managed and hiring ACS has done wonders for our community. They have helped us through redoing our rules and making sure we are up-to-date on new rules and laws that affect HOA's. They have also helped us with negotiating vendor contracts to ensure we are getting the best deals. In fact, they notice a discrepancy in our Comcast billing right away and not only did they get our monthly build bill reduced by 300$ per month, but they also got the HOA a refund of over 13,000.00 by reviewing our initial contract. The refund alone will pay for their management fees for the next 2 years! These are just a couple highlights of many benefits we receive from ACS. I strongly recommend their services for any company.

Our community hired ACS following the resignations of our property management and our entire Board of Trustees. The knowledge and expertise of ACS has been invaluable these past months of transition. With their guidance, we've made great strides in getting our community financially healthy, restoring homeowners confidence and pitting together elective long- term plans to improve our communities achieve its goals. He immediately became familiar with our governing documents, and spends countless hours helping us through each new challenge. Jeff is a great asset to our community. and we have the utmost confidence in him and ACs. Based on our experience, I would recommend ACs as a property manager.

I love ACS they've always been great. We had a leak in our condos this year when our property manager was on vacation. I was pretty worried that things wouldn't get taken care of very quickly with him being gone, but he responded to me within twenty minutes of my call and said he would have someone out asap. Not only did they have company there within a half hour to fix things, but the owner of the company showed up to cover for our manager who was on vacation.

I have been very pleased with Shelly's approach. She has a very calm but direct and educated approach. She is willing to research an issue immediately. She responds within a reasonable time. I think she was a valuable tool in our last homeowners meeting. She responded immediately and had the information that would explain how we needed to deal with a situation. She deals with homeowners directly and appropriately.

ACS has put together an impressive team of legal, business, IT, and managerial personnel to serve HOAs exclusively. Their web based approach to handling customer service, Board management, and thereby the HOA's documentation has given their clients access to ACS with non-emergency responses within 24 hours. Even with the web based approach they still offer flexibility with phone and mail correspondence.

As a HOA Board Member, I have the opportunity to interact and communicate closely with our property manager Josh. He is very professional, gets things done quickly and efficiently and immediately addresses any issues and problems that emerge in our community on a daily basis. I am very pleased with ACS and with the way the company operates and conducts business.

The ACS team members make an effort to stay up-to-date and educate their HOA Boards with all the Federal, State, and local laws and each individual set of HOA governing documents. With this knowledge our ACS manager has become an integral problem solving member of our HOA management team.

The new person handling our account so far has been good. The previous however nearly lost our business. The new account manager has not been assigned to our account long, but so far so good. Time will tell if she can win back a shaken confidence in your company. Keep it up!

As a trustee, I can only comment on the service provided the Board of Trustees. Our contact appears knowledgeable and has been very helpful in our accomplishing some large tasks such as the rewrite of our governing documents. Our property manager, Jeremy has been available.

We hired ACS and our fees were cut by 75%, also their accessibility was far better than the previous company. When we make a phone call we talk to a live person not a recording. ACS is always available to meet our needs. I would highly (and have) recommend ACS to anyone.
