I want to thank Kenneth B and Damir today for their outstanding service. Kenneth went through my 60 K check up for my Honda Oddesey .. Due to my financial constraints with my wife in the hospital we talked about part of the service that I could budget on the next oil change as well as some discounts to help me with the cost. I was extremely greatful that he understood my situation and was very informative of the services that they were performing. I truly understand the cost of maintenance as it pays to do these things vs waiting until there is a real problem which is terribly costly. I also want to thank Damir for being an outstanding service mechanic. I have been coming to crown (Chapel Hill) since 2000 when I bought my first Honda. I met Damir in 2003 and have always been impressed with his knowledge and ability. He usually works on my vehicle if he is available and he and Kenneth always give me good advice and information on what I need to be looking toward for maintenance on my vehicle. I want to thank all of the crown staff for being very friendly and professional when I am there weather or not Kenneth or Damir are helping me that day. Just bought a new Fit there. Was my first car purchase since 1998 and my first new car ever. The place was clean and professional. A salesman approached me right away and we were off test driving after a quick scanning of my license. Was not pressured to immediately buy when I was wanting leave to look at a car elsewhere. Came back in a few hours for another test drive, which ended up sealing my decision to buy. The negotiations over price were reasonable. There was some high pressure sales tactics in the finance department, but it was a relatively transparent and efficient process. Am glad he was persistent with pushing the extended warranty, as it was not that much to push the bumper-to-bumper out from 3 to 8 years. That, and it opened up negotiations on the overall price again. Was all in all a good experience as far as car dealerships go.

A Lot of Cars, Inc
This is the place to go first. I visited a bunch of dealerships searching for an affordable used car that was good on gas. It was exhausting. A Lot of Cars was the best experience and best deal I found. I ended up with a Honda Civic of the 8 Honda Civics they had at the time for me to choose from. They must have like 200 cars! They back up their vehicles with free services and a great selection of vehicles. They certify the mileage on all their cars and give you an autocheck so I didn't have to pay money for a carfax for each vehicle I was interested in. I test drove maybe 4 or 5 cars that I liked and put money down towards my Honda. That was about 7 months ago. No problems and I've received a free oil change from them twice now. I've recommended this place to my friends.

Sport Durst Mazda
I went to Sport Durst after seeing one of their infamous TV infomercials on a Saturday morning. They snagged me with the guarantee that they could get me in a new vehicle regardless of what your past credit history may be. I dealt with Will, and he was awesome. He made sure that I was comfortable and answered all of my questions as this was my first time buying a vehicle. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past, and they were all very friendly in the beginning until they pulled my credit history, then they handed me right out the door. Not here, they made sure that I got the best deal possible and walked me through step by step with the financing. I am extremely satisfied with my new vehicle, and will definitely be buying my next car from here.

Southern States Volkswagen of Durham is a dealership that provides excellent customer service. Derrick Lett, General Service Manager, has been there from the day I bought the car backing their product and service. I am very pleased with my car, their service and professionalism they have presented during my service visits. The Service Dept has been right there and took care of what was needed during each visit, explained up front and provided what was agreed on. I would like to mention Andrew, the Service Manager, Raphael and Deb. All are top notch in my book. I have had my car 1.5 years and I love my Volkswagen Passat TDISEL. Aweseom performance and ride.

My service associate, Matt King, did a great job addressing my concerns and answering questions thoroughly. I felt that he was honest and eager to help me financially with his knowledge of current specials and promotions. He exceeded my expectations of a service visit by contacting a separate department to answer some outstanding questions I had about my vehicle's purchase agreement. He was upfront and honest about the estimated cost of service. I was impressed by his professionalism and high level of quality service. Taking my car to Crown Honda at Southpoint is always a good experience!

I have had my F-150 in twice to have it repaired since I bought it 2 months ago. Both times the vehicle was returned with grease in it. The service department does not seem to care about giving a vehicle back to a customer filthy. My wife had her Mustang GT serviced there and they got grease on her leather seats that will still have not gotten out. Do yourself a favor and get your vehicle serviced somewhere else!!!! The sales department is 5 stars. They are top notch. It's too bad that service drives their customer to other dealers.

Tony Pedulla, the overall Manager of the Service Dept., is ever present and runs a Great Ship. All the Advisors are very personable, knowledgable and have this extraordinary can do attitude. I have been doing business at Crown Honda for 10 years. When it came time to purchase a new car, and I decided again on a Honda, I went with Crown because of the Service Department. Price on the vehicle is not always the governing factor for me. But I did get a great deal and a lot of car for my money.

GREAT PARTS DEPARTMENT!! After several trips to aftermarket parts houses, I was beginning to think I was out of luck on getting a part for my 2005 Altima. I called Michael Jordan Nissan and not only did the parts person know exactly was I was talking about, he had it in stock. The gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable. This will be the first place I stop the next time I need something for my car! Thanks!!

Sport Durst Mazda
Dont go and buy your next car without checking with the great poeple at Sport Durst. I know buying a car can be a lot of hassle but the salesmen at Sport Durst really want to make you feel comfortable. I never once felt like some number but an actaull customer. When a business treats you like that, it means a alot to me. I would recommend them to my freinds and family.
