Apts are good. Maint staff is EXCELLENT! New owners are a******s! I am a disabled Vietvet and 3 1/2 year POW. I rely on my disability and socsec. for my $. I was going to be a littile short and asked if they would work with me until the 15th when my SSN check would be posted. Then I could give them the $200 I was going to be short ( $835 rent plus approx $25 water, trash pest control, etc. What I received was a letter threatening me with all but excommunication! I thought I was in Germany in 1933! Not only did they demand full payment plus $41 late fee within 3 days but they demanded certified funds. If I did not comply the Gestapo was going to throw me into the streets, take possession of my belongings and liquidate them to pay my bill. All in 3 days. So much for working with me when I am having a temporary issue. I was reminded of when I did finally return from Viet-nam and was cursed, spit on and had urine thrown on my uniform. That spirit is alive and well with the Nazi owner of The Forest.

Seasons at Southpoint
We spent months seeking the right facility for our aunt. It's an overwhelming experience with many ads online claiming to offer the best care. Seasons impressed us with the friendliness of staff. We researched state & county facility inspections online. Seasons is one of the very few that has been a five star facility for 8 years with no demerits. We chose Seasons & have been delighted. Our aunt greets staff with hugs, they reciprocate & call her by name. Season's customizes activities for residents based on their needs & abilities. Our aunt was a hairdresser & the Activity Director provided her with wigs to style which made her so happy! The director, Matt Cross, is very hands on. He has an open door policy & always makes time to talk to us, address questions & provides information. In other facilities we toured, high staff turnover was an issue. Staff at Seasons consistently praise the director & clearly love their jobs. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found Seasons.

The Mews
I am SO pleased with the customer service and the amazing help that we've gotten. From the second we walked through the office door to now Lisa has been nothing but helpful to us and accommodating us in so many ways! I would recommend this place as a place for ANYONE to live! The grounds are beautiful and there is so much space for the price!

The South Terrace At Auburn
I would not recommend this complex to anyone. I am so fed up with this complex. It is the worst I have ever lived in. The customer service is terrible. If you complain, they get rude with you and will ignore you to do other tasks. Their office hours are not conducive to working professionals. Many times there isn’t anyone in the office during office hours anyway. I have pest control come in once a month because there are bugs everywhere. My air conditioning unit keeps breaking. They are charging me their renters insurance when I already have insurance and have provided verification to them and their corporate office multiple times. However, they continue to charge me and will not refund me. That argument has been going on for almost 5 months now. I imagine they are scamming other tenants with the renter’s insurance issue as well.

Oak Creek Village Apartments
I was resettled as a refugee from Iraq to the USA 1 year ago. The CWS rented an apartment for me in this place. After 6 months I moved to Chapel Tower Apts. just to realize the big difference between the 2 property managements. In Oak creek, no one wants to see you when you come to their leasing office. The stuff are very disrespectful especially Virginia and the Office Manager. They wont even listen to you if you talk to them. My mailbox door was broken, they never fixed it. I had roaches and bed begs in my apartment. In comparison, the property management stuff of Chapel Tower are very friendly and welcoming ( Patricia, Carmen ). If you have any service request, they will fix it to you in the same day, or at maximum the other day. They replaced my AC unit with a new one. They spray my apartment weekly against any insects.

Evergreens At Mt Moriah
BEWARE! Not what it used to be. This apartment complex used to be wonderful. They were bought by Hawthorne mid 2014 and they have changed the name now to "The Flats @ 55Twelve". The new management is terrible. All of the great things you have ever heard about Evergreens is now a distant memory. People are jumping ship left and right. It's no longer clean, quiet, safe, or a great place to live. There are many other places in the area. Start there.

Altera North Pointe Apartments
The walls are very thin, you can hear neighbors snoring, talking, playing music on their cell phones, etc. as if they were in your apartment with you. The insulation if very poor, however, the maintenance staff will tell you "we get these complaints all the time, there's nothing we can do about it. People up North hang thick curtains... you should put a towel or blanket under the window sill..." There's supposed to be a fee if you leave your dog's feces on the lawn... people still do it religiously... I've offered several neighbors plastic bags as they were walking away from their animal's dump. Front office staff have a high overturn rate. And if you complain to them about your problems, when they think you have left the office they will "talk" about you, rather badly... And because of the high overturn rate, be sure that YOU stay on top of your maintenance requests... or it could be a week later when you realize that no one has come out to fix your problem, nor have they called or emailed you... Don't be fooled by the "gated community," the gates are always open, and if they are closed at night - and you don't allow a car to tail you in because you worry about the safety of your neighbors - once they gain access into the gate, they may just follow you home, cuss you out, and call you sexist and borderline racist names. But please, oh no, don't report this to the front office staff... because "that person is such a nice guy and you shouldn't worry about him..." READY TO MOVE! This place is a dump! Don't fall for the Okey Doke like I did!!!

Just a moment...
