He drilled a screw through my knee joint. Throughout post op checkups, and post op x-rays, never did detect the problem. It was only through going to another Doctor did I repair the damage of the joint as well as can be at this time by taking out the screw. He was practicing in Denison Texas, and has since moved out of there to Durant. One problem is he drinks too much and does not do good work...BEWARE! I also had a torn ACL and he did not see or repair this either.

My Dentist
I took my four sons ages 9, 7, 6, and 5 to My Dentist. The dentist there is rude beyond rude and very unprofessional. With one of my sons he decided not to work on him after numbing his mouth because he was late for lunch. Another one of my sons the dentist only worked on one tooth because there was a "paying" patient waiting. He spent so much time jacking up my oldest teeth that he did not even look at my youngest teeth because "his time is valuable" as I was told by the front desk. My family will NEVER go there again.

My Dentist
The hygienist was great, but the receptionist was very rude. When I arrived, I gave her some papers that I knew she would need to make copies of for folder. I was there for almost an hour and she had that long to make the copies she needed. When I was ready to leave, I asked for my original papers back. The receptionist said, "And!" I informed her that I had to have them papers. And she just kept saying "And!" After about 6 times of me asking for my papers, the hygienist told me that they'd bring them to me. When the receptionist finally decided to give them up and bring them to me, I just took them and when she walked away, she rudely said, "your welcome". I made a point NOT to thank her. If that was the very last dentist on the face of the earth, I'd rather let me teeth fall out before if ever go back.

My Dentist
The hygienists are great they have that. But I really really don't like this place. The dentist messed up some fillings i had to get redone in less than a year at another dentist. It's like pulling teeth trying to get hold of ANYONE. So long as you want to make an appointment and pay them money they're all about that. But the second you ask them about refunding bad work they are impossible to get hold of. The grievance department of my insurance sent them 2 letters they claim they never received and it actually had to go to corporate before they would comply. Insurance won't pay for my new fillings until this group refunds the bad fillings. Been going on 6 months trying to get this straightened out. I have left 6 unanswered messages with them. I will NEVER go to a my dentist ever again. What a joke. I've never had this bad of an experience

Smart Mouth Family Dental
Amazing experience! The staff at Smart Mouth is caring and knowledgable. The front office is very friendly. I'm very happy that I found a dentist I feel so comfortable with all my dental concerns.
Tips & Advices
An osteopathic physician practices a comprehensive form of medicine that takes a holistic approach to a person's health. Instead of specializing in one system or set of organs, an osteopathic specialist focuses on the health of the total body. This includes evaluating environmental factors that affect a person's well-being.
Many family doctors deliver babies, especially in rural areas without a nearby OB/GYN. However, most family doctors only deliver for low-risk pregnancies and do not perform cesarean sections.
Family nurse practitioners are highly educated nurses able to provide medical care individually or with the assistance of another professional. Family nurse practitioners obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then take the National Council Licensure Examination to begin working as a registered nurse. Then, they continue their education and obtain a Master of Science in Nursing. Following that, they become certified in family practice via the American Nurses Credentialing Center of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, allowing them to become certified family nurse practitioners.
Some family doctors provide immunizations while others do not. Typically, doctors who work as part of a large practice are more likely to offer vaccines in-house. Doctors in offices of one to two physicians are more likely to refer patients to a public health department or other immunization provider.
A physician's assistant is a person qualified to perform routine medical services. This individual is professionally licensed and certified, but they may not have the extensive med school education of a doctor. That said, PAs do complete almost three years of postgraduate study and more than 2,000 hours of rotations.
