    My bad experience started out with my finance person asking me if my husband was going to come and pay the down payment on my car. because i guess women don't carry money? I later found out my tag paper work was sent to an old address which was NO WHERE on anything i gave him. When i came to see him to correct it he refused to see me and had a receptionist carry a sticky note back and forth to correspond with me while he looked at me through the glass of his office. This was only the surface of what was to come. my car was having issues starting switching into hybrid mode and was getting low gas millage so i brought it in for service they kept it overnight and the next day i was informed that one of the mechanics had taken my car overnight to his home and had videotaped something while driving (i didn't give anyone permission to take my car to their home over night)they also let me know that the issues i had with my car were all due to the way i must of been driving. When i arrived i was pretty flustered and then i was informed they could not locate my key i later found out someone had dropped it down something in the shop this went on for an hour. I finally begged them to let me leave back into the loaner because i was late for work. The next day I returned and they they AGAIN took an hour to locate my CAR my key. Two times on different days i stood in the cold with my belongings outside for a considerable amount of time while these serve advisors helped other people before me and couldn't find my keys all while telling me it was my fault i was having these issues. I called the GM of audi gwinnett and i expressed all of my concerns even though i did see him while all of this was happening to me and he never stepped in. we spoke and he promised me a return call and some answers and that i would have some sort of solution. I never did get that call back the service manager did offer to look at my car again but only after he got back from vacation

    8/17 bought 2014 Q5 from Audi G. Temporary tag until 9/17. 9/16 tag not arrived. Called. Stacey Settle who sold me car left me voice mail that Audi G sent my title/registration into State "weeks ago"; blamed the Tag Office for delay (I still have the voice mail). Took off work and went to Tag Office; Audi G hadn't sent ANY paperwork. Stacey Settle flat out lied to me. Went to Audi G. They hadn't even gotten the title for the Q5 from Hall County CU, let alone sent the paperwork into the State. Claude Brackett assured me Audi G would "walk it through" when title arrived. Called Hall Co CU today, 9/25, and title was delivered to Audi G 9/18/14 (tracking on envelope). Called State and Audi G STILL hasn't sent title/registration into State. It's already 8 days into extended tag (that I had to wait in line for) and can't get another. State says I will have to "park the car" after 10/17 until Audi G bothers to fix this. Can't get straight answer from Audi G. Stacey Settle never returned my calls. Spend your $40,000+ with an honest dealership and customer service beyond getting your money. Audi G = Nightmare.

    Amazing service! I am a military member and Byron Burris and the sales team bent over backwards to meet my needs and my time constraints. I did alot of research and went to those "" other dealers "" and was instantly put off by their bad attitudes, poor service, and higher prices. Byron got exactly what I wanted and treated me like I was his only customer. Thanks Gwinnett Audi for helping me get my new car!

    Byron has been very professional and down to earth. He made us feel comfortable and at ease. We sent an email and he responded back right away. Then he also followed up with us the next day. This has been an excellent experience from the email until we signed the deal and took the car home.
