This is the dealership I bought my 2017 f 150. I made an appointment for 10am for an oil change and when I arrived I was told I would have to wait 2 hours before they get to my car. They said they have 7 cars in front of me. If you have an appointment why would you put that many people in front of me. What’s the point in making an appointment. I called Goodyear in suwanee and they helped me right away

This is really Rick Case Kia's address and this review is about them.So this is how Rick Case Kia operates. You find a great deal online, (2017 Forte) you put in for a test drive, they call you within five minutes, you tell them the car you want and ask if it's in stock, they tell you yes and ask how long before you can get there. We said 30 min, they said great see you then ask for David. Arrived in less than 30 min with cash in hand and was told the car was there, but sold earlier today and don't have anything else that price. We leave, son is disappointed. I guess Rick Case Kia is the home of the bait and switch. Still wondering why if the car was sold earlier in the day, why it was still there at 8:30 pm. When I buy a car I usually take it home with me.

My bad experience started out with my finance person asking me if my husband was going to come and pay the down payment on my car. because i guess women don't carry money? I later found out my tag paper work was sent to an old address which was NO WHERE on anything i gave him. When i came to see him to correct it he refused to see me and had a receptionist carry a sticky note back and forth to correspond with me while he looked at me through the glass of his office. This was only the surface of what was to come. my car was having issues starting switching into hybrid mode and was getting low gas millage so i brought it in for service they kept it overnight and the next day i was informed that one of the mechanics had taken my car overnight to his home and had videotaped something while driving (i didn't give anyone permission to take my car to their home over night)they also let me know that the issues i had with my car were all due to the way i must of been driving. When i arrived i was pretty flustered and then i was informed they could not locate my key i later found out someone had dropped it down something in the shop this went on for an hour. I finally begged them to let me leave back into the loaner because i was late for work. The next day I returned and they they AGAIN took an hour to locate my CAR my key. Two times on different days i stood in the cold with my belongings outside for a considerable amount of time while these serve advisors helped other people before me and couldn't find my keys all while telling me it was my fault i was having these issues. I called the GM of audi gwinnett and i expressed all of my concerns even though i did see him while all of this was happening to me and he never stepped in. we spoke and he promised me a return call and some answers and that i would have some sort of solution. I never did get that call back the service manager did offer to look at my car again but only after he got back from vacation

Supposed to be good but I wouldn't know as I kept getting delayed for bigger more important jobs. Called me a couple of months after my original appointment but by then I couldn't be bothered being delayed again. Will go somewhere else to get work done when I have timeOnly go if your job is big enough for them I guess

Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires.
