1)The complex told me that the gas service would be on when I arrived and transferred to my name. I arrived to a note that stated Teresa Bahena in the front office would not let them in to turn the gas on. I had to wait from Friday until Tuesday for hot water. 2) I was waiting for my brand new mattress to be delivered, so I slept on the couch. When I finally moved into the bedroom, I started seeing bite marks all over my body.(Note: I was already seeing roaches and spiders and had requested pest control). I reported this to management and again pest control could not come out on Saturday, so I had to wait over the weekend for pest control. The first pest control guy said he sprayed and I continued to see bite marks. The 2nd tech said the bugs looked a lot like bed bugs. It took another several days to fix the problem. 3) My water wasn't running cold. Broken hot water heater-no hot water. 4) I received a knock at the door on a Sunday and it was the maintenance guy. He said that there was a leak in the downstairs apartment and I needed to turn off the air conditioner. He never returned to fix the air. At that point I was scheduled to move out on November 8th, but I decided to move on the 7th and I informed the office of this and I asked to schedule a move out walk through. Teresa told me to let Alex know when I was ready. I emailed her back and said it would be after 4. I arrived at 5:40, she said Alex was out and she wasn't doing the walk through. I asked could she call Alex and let him know that I was ready for the walk through. She said no and the he would not do it because it was too late. She never mentioned what time I needed to be there to perform the walk through. They refused to perform the walk through. The complex is untrustworthy, the manager Mikyle Walker is never available, Teresa is unable and unwilling to do anything other than sit at her desk and they leave the grunt work to Alex Santos(to explain why they can't fix something in a timely manner).
Poor Management, don't fix anything, painted and put up new siding when units need NEW APPLIANCES (burners on stove not working), NEW PLUMBING (bad backup, broken dishwasher and low water flow in toilet), NEW CABINETS (crumble when opening and closing), BUGS, tenants smoking marijuana outside, windows either don't open or hard to open, HVAC System leaks and they don't change the filter every month like required. Dogs roam and use the bathroom (nobody picks up), soooo many horrible things BUT they want your rent!!! TERMINATED LEASE after 10 months.

There are some places that are good, just jokes, or bad. This complex is none of these. It is pure hell and torture. I lived there for two years and it was two years of my life I wish I could have back. The Hell my family went through with other tenants and the staff almost spilt my family apart. It's not worth the price, the time, or the crap you have to deal with on a day to day basis. I am not joking when I say it was like living in hell. Racism, death threats, vandalism, abuse (verbal and physical), unsupervised children, cockroaches, bedbugs, theft, disrespect for disabled and elderly people. breaking and entering, unresponsive maintenance, hateful staff. If you like these things then by all means go ahead and live here. Other than that, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

If I could, I wouldn't give this place any stars. This is honestly the worst place to live. When we first moved in it was freezing and the heat/ac didn't work. It took them until April to even come and fix it. Everything was supposed to be refurbished but nothing worked, so we paid extra for nothing! When we told the office about it they told us they never scheduled it. The knob on our stove is broken so we can't use it, they still haven't given us a new one. And all the marks from the person who lived here last were just painted over! On memorial day the upstairs neighbors had problems with their pipes, so every time they turned on their water, it would all go into my apartment. Seeing how it was a holiday, it's understandable to be closed. The next day we went because it made our light fall to the floor in the kitchen. It took them hours to come fix the problem. They took out the padding in our floor, then never game back to fix it until last week after saying they would be back in a week! Then all the water caused mold in the master bedroom and bathroom, the walls are cracked in certain places, and we now have holes in the floor. Then our sink broke and all the water went into the dish washer, then all over the floor. After telling them about all these problems, they told us that it wasn't a priority to fix. We had to go back eight times before they even came to fix anything! Then all they did was "fix" the sink. They did nothing about the mold or cracks. Now our sink is leaking rust. The staff is awful and the maintenance men are very rude! The bald white guy was swearing right in front of my boyfriends niece who is three years old! Never ever in a million years would I recommend this place! Don't waste your money on this place. I promise you will regret it.
