Unfortunately Enterprise is proving to be overpriced and quickly losing me as a customer. With all of the pride that Enterprise has with picking you up etc., those features don't outweigh the fact that I can rent a similar vehicle with a competitor for about half the price now. Also, the customer service is lacking. I had to speak with several representatives and the same answer I received with blaming corporate for their hands being tied and not able to help me. Also, the fact that most branches are not open on Sunday's really bothers me because I can't return a vehicle on a Sunday without being charged for an additional day. I am not saying that they need to be open on Sunday's but allow for a return to be recognized on that day without having to pay an additional day that I wouldn't even drive the car.This particular branch was no different - they tried to give me a vehicle with expired license plates! It's these little details and subtle ways of cutting corners that is starting to bother me about Enterprise as a company. They quickly upgraded me to a different vehicle class for the same price to make up for this error. It was much appreciated.
