Saturday, Aug. 15, 2015, 10:00 am. Admittedly, this is a very busy time of year there, but management was prepared, and had lots of staff on-hand.We found the prices very high for a very average breakfast. The place was busy, but at least in our section there was no sign of wait staff helping each other out. We don't know if this was because our waitress wasn't popular with the other staff, if the staff wasn't trained to help each other, or, if they were trained, management didn't emphasize it. Whichever was the case, the customers suffered for it.We waited over 45 min. for simple egg breakfasts, and watched as a number of other tables with other waiters/waitresses were served and cleared before ours arrived. We had to flag our waitress down and then wait nearly 10 more min. to get 1 coffee refilled, and then she only came once - that made the average cup of joe pretty expensive. The eggs were all ordered over medium, and came out as such: 1 plate over easy, 1 plate over medium and 1 plate over hard. All had bacon, all was ordered crisp, and all came out wiggly soft and pink. The 4th plate was a skillet combo of some sort and was just ok. We weren't about to ask for re-does, after having already waited well over 1 hr., what with the wait time before even being seated. Our waitress didn't seem to know the menu too well, but did not appear to be new to the restaurant. She seemed flustered and out of sorts, but only had 4 tables, so we couldn't really see what the reason was for such a long wait, when other tables/sections were doing fine.
