Southern States Insurance INC
I can never get in touch with my agent nor do I have a 24/7 hotline to call . Recently had car troubles and bought a new vehicle and called continuously and left voicemails from 10 am to 4 pm and have heard nothing back . Currently sitting here with a uninsured car and no agent to call . It's ridiculous that I have to go to the office in order to actually speak with my agent . Looking for a new insurance tomorrow . And my roommate's seem to have the same problem with the same agent , they are also switching to progressive .

Kenneth Key Ins
Kenneth Key is rude...I do not recommend ANY one to use Douglasville Alpha. We had very bad customer service from this branch! And to the branch please consider hiring people with better customer service experience. You do NOT rush the customer, get loud with them NOR hangup on them for trying to understand their bill.
