Advanced Dermatology, P.C
I've never met a nicer Doctor than Dr. Agha, or a man for that matter, that is as amazing as is his excellant staff. I recommend him highly for anyone who is in need of a Dermatolgist...he did a great job with my problem and I'm sure he will with yours. He, along with all his office staff / assistants were more than anyone could ask for. Everyone in the office is caring and go out of their way to make people lower their anxiety and make a scary situation much less so. The concessions he made for me went above and beyond what any other Doctor would do to ensure my cancer was removed, even going as far as coming to one of his offices close to my home that was closed for the day to take a second sample and having it sent to the lab that day. It cameback "clean" and he closed my wounds with a skin graft the very next day. I can't recommend him enough and would never go to an other Dermatogist for any problem that need the assistance for one.....a top notch Doctor and Staff (Amber, Kelsey and Janet)!!!!!!! You can't go wrong with him and I was blessed to find him....thank you Dr. Agha for everything you've done for me...I can't tell you how much I appreciate it...Jim Quarto

Amir Agha, M.D, FAAD
Dr. Agha is the BEST. I am a new patient and am simplyoverwhelmed at his ability to put one at ease. Dr Aghaanswered all of my questions with great patience until Ifully understood. That was very important to me. He is alsokind, intelligent and still has a love of his profession which isa win, win situation for doctor and patient. He's also VERYskilled with a scapel. Dr.Agha has surrounded himself witha staff that is efficient, caring and courteous. What a team.On my first apointment at the office, I walked into a waitingroom that was completely full of patients. As I waited myturn, I noticed that no one was squirming or complainingabout a little wait. They visited among themselves, laughedand seemed perfectly at ease. There were all backgroundsand ages involved. In this busy world of hurry and hurrysome more, I knew that I had made the right choice. Thereason for the patients that were patient could only be forONE reason. That reason is DR. AMIR AGHA. I'm proudand blessed that he is MY doctor.

Association Management Professionals, Inc
As a resident and Director in a community managed by AMP, I can say that they have are the best management company we have had. (2 in the last 5 years) We recently got a new Board and they have been by our side every step of the way. I have found them to be very responsive to the Board as well as the residents. I am so glad we made the change. The have made my life so much easier and our community better!!!! Thanks Waymon, we really appreciate all that you have done for us and it is so nice to finally have a management company that cares about our Association and community.

P O Solutions
I was excited when the property management company that managed my rental property changed to POSolutions because the previous company was generally disengaged. Thus far I have been greatly disappointed. I have been trying to get a maintenance issue resolved for MONTHS and I seem to get a different recommendation every time I call. They have promised me a return call on several occasions which I didn't receive. Beyond frustrating.

Amir Agha, M.D, FAAD
My son is a patient of Dr Agha and has been for 4 years. He has had several skin cancers removed. One of them was on his nose. It was so big he had to have a skin graft from his neck to his nose. It healed beautifuly and Dr Agha always does a great job. All of the excisons have gone well and we are pleased with the service and personnel there. Savanah was a big help. Thanks to all the staff for good service.

Arbor Place Mall
You don't you take upon yourself, and do something about it? Yes I was tired of seeing our children of douglasville embracing troubles in our mall, but at least I attend the council meetings about it. Unlike Yourself waiting for someone hopefully read this comment of yours, and feel pity for your foolishness.

Exclusive Association Management
Our community has been with EAM for several years. We came from "the biggest" in ATL area. We have been soooooo happy with EAM. We are treated with respect, and they are very knowledgeable. It is a joy working with someone who is pleasant instead of nasty.

Tips & Advices
In most states, contractors are required to have a license before taking a job. Some states also require registration. To be licensed, contractors must pass an exam and meet certain qualifications that prove he or she is a competent flooring contractor. Registration is simply a list of who will be performing a job.
The time it takes to install flooring depends on the type of flooring and the size of the room or rooms involved in the project. In one day, a typical contractor can usually install up to 2,000 square feet of carpet, 600 square feet of hardwood or laminate, or 400 square feet of tile or stone.
  • Do you have a professional license, insurance, and a business liability policy?
  • Who will work on the project?
  • Do you subcontract, and do you screen workers and have insurance policies to cover them?
  • Do you have references or examples of your work I can see?
  • Do you charge for an in-home estimate?
  • What type of flooring is best for my home in terms of architectural consistency, environmental influences (such as whether a certain type of flooring will be affected by humidity in my area), and durability?
Legally, insurance is not necessary, but it's a good idea for flooring contractors to have it. When hiring a flooring contractor, ask whether the business is insured. If it's not, consider that a red flag.
A flooring contractor should know the pros and cons of each flooring option. These might include pricing, time of installation, durability, and average lifespan of the material.

Just a moment...
