Southfield Quality Cars
Disappointed with the manager. I bought an Audi A4 convertible. It is in good shape but they had just replaced the ignition coils. When the car started idling high I took it and had the computer read and it informed me that it could be the coils. Instead of helping me out, they gave me the number of the mechanic who gave me the run around (of course). I ended up spending about $300 before I even made my first car payment. I get things happen BUT when I call you and you KNOW you got something fixed dealing with the same issue then help your customer get it taken care of. Steve the manager acted like he sympathized and offered to talk to the owner to see if he could help with the price of the repair. I have emailed him twice and he has yet to get back with me. Fortunately I found a great mechanic online that specializes in Audis. I liked their cars and their referral program but I will not refer them to anyone due to the lack of them addressing this issue.

Schoolcraft Quality Cars
Owners Corey Sr. And Son Corey Jr. Welcomed me with Professionalism, Honesty and Integrity. Working with Poor but rebounding credit a bit above 600 they got me approved for purchasing a car in the $10,000. Range. I was impressed and able to finance well within my budget of couple hundred a month on a fixed income! I didn't think it was possible but they made "Magic" happen and I drove off in a Low Mileage, Beautiful Rust Free Mercedes Benz. It gets better...Their Service after the "As is" SaSo. Approximately 3 to 4 days after purchase, I noticed the car possibly needed a brakdaysI called Corey and they told me to take it to their mechanic. The next day I had my brakes fixed and smooth driving since. 5 Stars across the board for Schoolcraft Quality Cars in Detroit off Grand River Blvd. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND SCHOOLCRAFT QUALITY CARS TO ANYONE NEEDING TO FIND AN HONEST, HELPFUL RELIABLE USED CAR BUSINESS... ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU NEED A BIT OF HELP GETTING FINANCED!

Motorama Inc
I worked with Motorama towards the purchase of a used vehicle they were selling and I couldn't have had a better, easier, and more up-front, fair and honest experience. I looked at past reviews of Motorama and I can certainly confirm and add to the plenitude of praise this dealership has received; it is very well deserved. The used vehicle I purchased at Huss auto shop was selling at a very fair (what I would call attractive) price and they allowed (even recommended) me to take the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection. They did all the paperwork for me as far as titling and registration goes and are providing me with an extended warranty option to compare with the car options. Talk about great service. Huss is truly customer oriented and very genuine about it. If you want great service and fair dealings, this is the place to go. I appreciate their quality of product and service very much.

Southfield Quality Cars
Great finance and sales team. Mark the sales rep followed up with me promptly when I inquired about a vehicle on the website. I then came in the next day and was greeted by a very friendly staff. The building is big for being a used car dealership; parking was easy, right in front of the door. I spoke Steve, the finance manager regarding the vehicle I wanted to purchase and he was up front about the price; there was no going back and forth to get a better price; the price given was better than any other dealership had listed. After signing paperwork and getting ready to leave I was approached by Matt, the sales manager; He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and was able to educate me on all of the many features and stated that he was always available if we have any concerns or questions. I genuinely appreciate the car buying experience and highly recommend this dealership.

Three Brothers Auto Sales
Most people have been down and out at one point in their life. Trying to purchase a vehicle with less than perfect credit can be a humbling experience. Setta and Adam were friendly and accommodating from the minute I walked in. Yes, I know they just wanted my business, but these two lovely people went above and beyond. They made my family and I as comfortable as possible and stayed past closing to help me get insurance since it was a Saturday and my insurance office was closed. Unfortunately the car broke down (transmission died) just hours after I had signed on the dotted line. But guess what-they paid to have it repaired on the next business day! There was no hesitation on their part even though the vehicle was clearly marked as "no warranty-sold as is". If you're down on your luck and looking for a car, these people will take care if you.

The Bridge
this place wont make it the next couple of months, i ordered the salmon burger and it was falling completely apart, i had to eat it with a fork! it wasnt all that tasty either, and the manager didnt care what we going on he just kept watching whatever game was on, and the only upside to this experience was our server Daniel, my family could tell he was doing whatever he could to better our experience, including speaking with his manager on 2 seperate occasions, before he finally deciding to peel his eyes from whatever game, to come speak with us. all in all, Mr. Gooden isnt fit to manage McDonalds, and this place would be better if more people like Daniel were hired, also the busser checked on us more then the manager, meant to catch his name. 2-stars only because of my server and busser, everyone else should be fired

La Kabob Grill
This restaurant just opened, and it seems like they are having staffing problems and quality problems with the food. Meat is sometimes cold, fries are old and stale, tabbouli salad was excessively salty, and there's often a lack of spices. I suggest the owner should offer a generous "money back if not satisfied" guarantee, so you don't end up paying for food that's messed up. You might get lucky, as it's occasionally good. It's also hard to find this place, since it's not visible from either Grand River or Fenkel (5 Mile). You need to look just S of the Royal Fresh Market, and there's a hidden strip of shops behind a nail salon there. It's next to the "Panda" Chinese restaurant. I'd hurry, since with this poor location and spotty quality, it may not last long.

Champs Auto Sales
My friend told me about Champs a couple of years ago. At that time I didn't need a vehicle. When I got into an accident a week ago, I needed to get back on the road a.s.a.p. With bruise credit, I know it would take a miracle to get approve for a auto loan. So with desperation and a prayer, I decided to check out Champs. Best choice, hands down. With limited down payment, and the car of my choice, Mark got me approve and within hours, I was back on the road. Mark and the whole staff, treated me like family. I would definitely recommend Champs Auto Sales, to be your next stop when looking to purchase a vehicle. You will not be disappointed!!!

Tommy's Detroit Bar & Grill
A few friends decided to try this bar for a bite to eat before the a Redwings game. We were pressed for time and told the bartender we were in a hurry and all wanted burgers with fries and a few beers because we wanted to catch Tommys shuttle service to the Joe. Well in a few seconds the beers showed up and not much longer the burgers showed also. I was VERY impressed we got served so soon because the place was a little busy. AWESOME BURGER. ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE HAD. And I have had my share of hamburgers! We were on the shuttle a few seconds after that and at the Joe within a few minutes. Fun crowd, great beer selection and GREAT BURGERS.

Southfield Quality Cars
Southfield Quality Cars is the most recommended dealership on 8 mile. Im a former Collison guy. And I noticed little to no paint work on theyre inventory. That a sign that there buying clean cars. And theyre not in the restoration business. The sales staff looked like they stuck xanax in the coffee-no energy. I thought the new building would change the atmosphere from the old trailor. Guess not. Theres no music playing, no pictures on the wall, and no conversation. On the finance side. They are top notch. They work with a lot of banks, and not just credit acceptance. Who is the lowest of the low.

Just a moment...
