The Bridge
this place wont make it the next couple of months, i ordered the salmon burger and it was falling completely apart, i had to eat it with a fork! it wasnt all that tasty either, and the manager didnt care what we going on he just kept watching whatever game was on, and the only upside to this experience was our server Daniel, my family could tell he was doing whatever he could to better our experience, including speaking with his manager on 2 seperate occasions, before he finally deciding to peel his eyes from whatever game, to come speak with us. all in all, Mr. Gooden isnt fit to manage McDonalds, and this place would be better if more people like Daniel were hired, also the busser checked on us more then the manager, meant to catch his name. 2-stars only because of my server and busser, everyone else should be fired

La Kabob Grill
This restaurant just opened, and it seems like they are having staffing problems and quality problems with the food. Meat is sometimes cold, fries are old and stale, tabbouli salad was excessively salty, and there's often a lack of spices. I suggest the owner should offer a generous "money back if not satisfied" guarantee, so you don't end up paying for food that's messed up. You might get lucky, as it's occasionally good. It's also hard to find this place, since it's not visible from either Grand River or Fenkel (5 Mile). You need to look just S of the Royal Fresh Market, and there's a hidden strip of shops behind a nail salon there. It's next to the "Panda" Chinese restaurant. I'd hurry, since with this poor location and spotty quality, it may not last long.

Tommy's Detroit Bar & Grill
A few friends decided to try this bar for a bite to eat before the a Redwings game. We were pressed for time and told the bartender we were in a hurry and all wanted burgers with fries and a few beers because we wanted to catch Tommys shuttle service to the Joe. Well in a few seconds the beers showed up and not much longer the burgers showed also. I was VERY impressed we got served so soon because the place was a little busy. AWESOME BURGER. ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE HAD. And I have had my share of hamburgers! We were on the shuttle a few seconds after that and at the Joe within a few minutes. Fun crowd, great beer selection and GREAT BURGERS.

West Fort Street Bar & Grill
Very nice owner, friends well u no how "fo sho" bro's. Don't judge a bar or book by its cover exterior get to no the interior before judgement. Fool me one shame on you fool me twice shame on me!!!!!! Very friendly peeps don't get to close you will get diminished and hurt as all bar hoppers do. Excellent learning experience and entertainment. Must give this bar a chance "FO SHO". Word of advice "A snake will always slide around, but wen he puts the venue on you and won't help to say your life, it's a snake leave it alone to itself and let the jungle take it out.

Nikki's Place
This place is great! Its a bit hard to find and not in the greatest of neighborhoods but truely a great place. The people were super friendly not to mention Nikki the owner is a true sweetheart. "Britany" the bartender was a doll and made the visit well worth repeating and we will certainly be back first chance we get. St. Patty's Day was filled with a number of different bars but hands down, Nikki's Place was the best in Detroit.

The Bridge
My man and I had the pleasure of dining here on 10/31/2015 and it was great. Q was our server we ordered the Lamb as an appetizer and it was excellent. I ordered the grilled salmon and he had the seafood mac/cheese and we were both pleased with our meal. I pray for the success of this business as we need more like it in the city of Detroit. I will be taking it to the Bridge again soon. :>) L.R.  

The Social Club
Literally the best hair cut i've ever gotten. Great atmosphere that reminds me of a 1920 speakeasy meets 2015 class, very reasonable price, fantastic barbers, and everyone welcomes you. As a bonus they are all about community and go into the neighborhoods and have given free hair cuts to the houseless and compost the hair instead of throwing it away? Highly recommend this to all.

Firebird Tavern
I love the firebird. It has the best craft beer selection in Greektown and their menu is full of amazing well prepared foods at a reasonable price. We make it our go to stop before and after every concert or game we go to in Detroit. The parking in the area is cheap and safe and we're just a short walk to wherever we want to go.

Don,t ever ask or let Amanda be your waitress if you have to. She is very slow and forgetfull.Always getting your order wrong. Always saying she is SORRY. She is not lying about being( sorry ). One sorry person. If you want good top notch service ask for one of the BLACK girls. You will be 100% satisfied. Amanda put on some make up.

La Kabob Grill
I noticed the two reviews and I personally dont agree with what they commented about it. As a Muslim I have been around this food a lot and you need to let them know whether you want it toasted or not! Anyways I ordered a chicken shawarama and it was pretty good and their fruit smoothies are really good. Will be here next time

Just a moment...
