Community Care Associates
Very unprofessional customer service representatives (more specifically the referral representative). I pay for medical insurance out of pocket. One requirement is to get a referral from your primary care physician to any specialist that you see. Prior to any specialist appointment, you are advised to call Community Care Associates prior, to ensure referral is there, so that you don’t incur a horrendous bill. Each and every time the referral representative goes off on me for doing so. She’s very hostile, rude and apparently mad about doing her job. I bend over backwards to keep her from going off,but it never fails.

Cool place, good prices. Forget rip-off-rizon or at&steal. Forget t(terrible)-mobile or metro piece of sh*t. Boost mobile is where its at. I pay $40 (out the door) and i got a sweet android phone :)

One Stop Accessory Shop.
Im glad to see a black owned business that doesnt look rundown, they were nice and friendly and had a variety of accessories for all carriers like Metro pcs, sprint and att.... I really wish they took payments for Metro pcs but I was able to pay my DTE bill....

Just a moment...
