Ally Financial Inc
After 5 years of making payments on time, I missed one payments. I was very sick and by the time I got better and realized I missed the payment, I was almost two months late. I called them to explain my situation and to ask for 7 extra days till I received some money. But they said they would report me to the credit bureau unless they received the money within 5 days. They would not give me the extra two days I needed. My advice, don't use Ally. There are many other options out there.

Saturn Realty & Appraisal
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. My bank hired them to do an appraisal to remove PMI, they used 4 comparable properties all with significantly smaller lots and none in my school district. The value they returned was 30% lower than Zillow, and 35% lower than an appraisal I had 14 months earlier to refinance. Avoid like the plague...This is not including the rude secretary...eeeeh.

Quick Fixx Plumbing & Heating
Called this plumber. He came out right away. Fix my drains - or so I thought. Instead of fixing the one drain that he said needed fixing, he fixed two and of course charged me. I paid him and gave him a nice tip. Next day, I was experiencing the same problem. Called the plumber ( Quentin Washington). He said he would come back out for a charge. I asked why I had to pay all over for the same problem - he told me I needed more work done. He did not leave me a receipt. He was very rude when I called him back. Hung up on me three times. Would not listen to me. I still don't have my receipt. He will not answer the phone when I call. Now all I want is my receipt, I am calling another plumber to fix what should have been fixed. I would not recommend this plumber to anyone. PS - He also bought a kid with him. He played with my grandson, I fed him and treated him like he was my own, A kid to work? Hmmm

Tips & Advices
As part of regular home maintenance, you can look for signs up build-up or debris accumulating in a fireplace. n addition to practicing safe wood burning and cleaning the in-home structure, you can also use a flashlight on occasion to inspect for any obvious cracks or blockage. Strong smells emanating from the fireplace when not in use may be an indication of the need to consult with a professional who can handle the broader inspection and any major issues that arise from it.
It can be dangerous not to have your chimney inspected from the interior, since only a licensed professional can detect things like creosote build-up or a defective damper. Failing to address such issues can, at the very least, reduce the efficiency of airflow within your home, and at worst, lead to a fire.
Most inspectors are called chimney cleaning professionals these days, but the term chimney sweep traditionally refers to the person who evaluates the flue, damper and roof, and then cleans them from the inside. A certified chimney sweep will also inspect your fireplace and the room in which it operates, checking for any structural inefficiencies or signs of leakage. When looking to hire a chimney cleaner, it’s best to seek one who is certified by the CSIA or NCSG.
A chimney flue is essentially a duct that runs from the fireplace to the top of the chimney, helping convey the gas and heat out of the home. It must be properly sealed in order to protect the home and withstand the exhaust that passes through.
The damper is the device that seals the chimney shut when it is not in use. It usually operates as a small flap inside the flue, helping retain warm air and insulate the home, even when there is no fire going.
