Hedberg & Son Roofing
Hedberg and Son just put a brand new roof on my old house, and it is beautiful. They were professional, nice, and cleaned up amazingly well. They were just helpful and thoughtful in every way. Great company.

Advanced Roofing & Exteriors
A few month ago we replaced our roof with Pettiecord Restoration LLC. Long story short our roof above garage developed 2 leaks. The roofer refused his own warranty and abandoned us (left us on our own to deal with damages resulting from his poor workmanship). We contacted Advanced Roofing & Exteriors to help us investigate 2nd leak in garage, fix incorrectly installed water deflector, add missing ridge vent and redo 2 incorrectly cut ridge vents. Anthony came to our rescue on short notice. He also brought to our attention cracked siding that was damaged by our prior roofer. He is actively working with us on fixing damages to our roof. We are grateful to him for his prompt help. My husband and I would recommend Advanced Roofing & Exteriors to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, reasonable and reliable roofer. We plan on using them in the future for any roof repairs and maintenance.

Gutters Plus Exteriors
Steve Thomas - NOT PROFESSIONAL - NOT PROMPT - NOT CONSIDERATE - DOES AMATEUR WORK AT BEST - We hired the person to do a complete gutter job on our building. They came out in '2' stages. the 1st was the front big building. 2nd was to be the back. right away there were problems. The front had 2 gutter corners that leaked badly. one of the front gutters was angled the wrong way - the water did not drain properly, sitting in the gutter. The back of the 1st portion was not even addressed and should had been replaced. Steve said he would address those when he returned to finish the back. He came for the back, also installing the gutters poorly - wrong slat, downspout over windows, etc.. in 6wks, he has made excuse after excuse not to correct his poor work. I paid him before the job was complete and should have not. I wouldn't hire this idiot to tie my shoe.. buyer beware! ...satisfaction guaranteed... yeh right!
Gutters Plus Exteriors
Steve and his crew are top notched! I cannot say enough good things about them. Fair, fast, honest, competitive, willing to answer any and all concerns, clean up every day and more. Would hire them again in a heartbeat! Hire them! You won't be sorry!
Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
