Enjoyed a fabulous dinner last Saturday evening. The ambiance, the excellent food, service and friendly people made for a very special treat! Thanks again Shelly!
Feels like home to me. Except they have clean sheets. Standard airport LaQuinta. Except I have never waited more than 10 minutes or so for their shuttle, going either direction. Have stayed there a dozen or so times. Employees do their jobs with a great attitude. Always clean. Comfortable.
I stayed here in late 2016 and the place is filled with felons, drug dealers, junkies and bedbugs. I took over 150 bedbug bites during a 3 week ordeal. I reported the bites more than 15 times before calling Denver code enforcement. The hotel retaliated against me and threw me out. Thermal Clean was the company that heat treated to get rid of the bed bugs. Below are images that show proof of bug treatments. There are also images of a blood soaked mattress that a heroin junky was shooting up on. The hotel didn't want to give me another bed!!!
Worst place I've ever stayed unfriendly staff an abunch of theifs our ball team stay here most everyone was double charge an sum was charge as much as 4 times over thing stolen out of car in parking lot one couple rented there room for to day went to eat an all there stuff was gone valuable were gone an cops found there clothes in motels dumpster I'll never stay in another motel 8 thanks to this one
was very impressed with service provided by staff - Chris, Amanda, and Yemane. We had a nice and cozy stay on club level - will be coming back
Fabulous hotel! Amazing ambiance, incredible service, really awesome lobby bar and nightlife! I'll definitely be back!
Broken heating units, deposit for portable heaters,no one answering phone at main desk on repeated calls, lack of basic linens and bedding are the highlights of a rude and libeless staff.
This hotel needs a complete makeover. It is located in a great area right next to the football stadium. The view from the restaurant is great especially in the evening, the lobby is very nice, as well as the pool area. The rooms however, are sub-standard, dated and smelly, the water pressure is low, the elevators (while they look nice) kept breaking down periodically and the remote control in my room had some type of crud on it that made me not want to touch it. Yuk! The very best thing that I can say about Hotel VQ is that there is a delightful woman that works at the front desk, I believe her name was "Tee". very professional, courteous and friendly. Her quality of work and the quality of this establishment do not match. She should work at a five star hotel where she does not have to make excuses for owners and managers that drop the ball. I will not stay at VQ again but I enjoyed meeting "Tee". I hope that is her name.
