outstanding seller and excellent costumer service with the best prices around. Very fast shipping and exactly what I ordered. I will definitely buy from ListenUp again. Being a factory authorized dealer you will never have to worry about any warranty issues. Packaging was perfect. I would highly recommend ListenUp as they are a 5 star seller.

Amazing Satellite
(reduced from 3000 character review to fit yp word limit)Sam at Amazing Satellite said he would handle the request; he reiterated the original salesman’s promise that I could test the system and make sure it would work on our network before we signed a contract. Sam had to have a credit card "to cover the installation costs and reserve equipment" he made no indication but hindsight shows that his intent was to illegally forge our name to an Exceed contract.Larry "installed" the system, charging $75 for a non-penetrating roof mount and no other charges. Larry seemed confused by the process of activation immediately, he repeatedly shut his own computer down and turned it back on when he was being prompted do so for the modem. The system never worked at the Commercial location, and I indicated that fact on Larry’s installation paperwork. The system was unstable at the Residential location, to the point that within 24 hours we had to abandon the system entirely.I sought online help form Exceed Internet, but whoever input our information on the forged contract at Amazing satellite had input my email address incorrectly, so I was unable to log on.Amazing satellite forged contracts in a dollar amount that should be considered felony grand theft. Exceed Internet has a parasitic corporate policy which they use to attempt to enforce huge cancellation fees expressed in contracts they receive from installation dealers with a reputation of forging such contracts.(Exceed eventually admitted this dealer had a reputation for such selazyness and canceled the contract. I filed a report with the Colorado Attorney General.)

It's been a pleasure working with Listen Up while experiencing issues with the Marantz receiver I bought there last year. I took my unit in for repair and they sent me home with a loaner of equal quality. A few weeks later a brand new unit was shipped to my door, followed by an in house service call to ensure I was happy with the product and installation and offer any tips on how to improve my setup. Excellent service, thank you Listen Up!

I was looking for internet and cable service . And I was calling around to all the providers in the area. And getting all kinds of different prices. I called Get Connected , and were able to get me a great price on internet and cable service . They did all the work . Very Happy .

I needed an HDMI splitter and the lady who helped me was very knowledgable and helpful. They had exactly what I needed and it was great that they were only a couple of blocks from the convention center!!! This will be my go to electronic store in Denver.

There was a minor manufacturing defect with my headphones which most people probably wouldn't have been able to hear. Even if they could, it would have been considered insignificant. With one phone call, my salesman stepped up and exchanged the item without hesitation, and without even having heard the problem. He then worked with his team, who went out of their way to accommodate me through the exchange so I wouldn't have to send my headphones in and be without while waiting for a replacement. Smooth, red carpet service all the way! I felt they had an appreciation for, and knew how to cater to a critical audiophile clientele. And I never even stepped foot into a store; my entire purchase and exchange was all done by phone and email. Imagine the service I would have received had I come into the showroom! Impressive! ListenUp, you have my business from now on!
