i ordered my first green cab at 5:15am to take me to the train station in time to catch my train. Green Cab confirmed the pickup. Green Cab did not show up at 5:15, at 5:30, nor at 5:45 so i had to walk up to catch a bus, but i got to the train station too late to catch my train. That was my first and last taxi ride with Green Cab.I've never had that experience with uber. I gave Green Cab a chance and they failed's have gone the way of the horse and buggy.

How is this company still in business? My girlfriend called the night before to make an appointment to take her to the bus stop. She figured 40 minutes early (it's a 10 minute drive) would be plenty. Nope: they never showed up. She tried calling them, but the person who answered had such a thick accent that she couldn't understand him, and then he hung up on her. Then I called, and the woman who answered said they were just dispatched, and the driver would call her for an estimate. That was 21 minutes late, and the driver didn't call until 26 minutes late, so they would have been *at least* half an hour late. Screw that.Seriously, with incompetence like this, I really hope services like Uber drive this company out of business. (See yelp for more negative reviews. At the time I write this, this taxi company has an *average* yelp rating of 1.5 stars, with 1 being the lowest possible. Pathetic.)

Omg. The cab was 35 minutes late so if you booked you better allow extra time. I had to call the main office twice to see how much longer our driver would be. Then the driver call twice for directions to pick us up!! Once in cab the service was good and price was reasonable. But at that point I was rather stressed out!!

After attempting to get an answer - if a taxi could pick me up within 45 min, because I had already waited over 3 hrs for previous taxi service, I was very rudely spoken to, as well as hung up on after they demanded that I cancel the other taxi. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the employee had a bad day, so I called again and they refused to answer my question - if it was possible to send a cab within 45 min, and hung up on as I heard rude comments in the background. Now, I would guess there is some drug dependency involved for this severe and quite bizarre reaction. This is not anywhere near a normal reaction for any professional conducting business, or non-professional for that matter. A simple good search resulted in numerous upon numerous traumatized victims who tried to take up business with Union Taxi, as well as complaints of fraud and theft. Most reviews were 1 star, the rest were 5 stars - ALL by names with a very certain cultural background, which seems curious.

This is the WORST cab service I've ever seen in my life. I was out for the bronco game last Sunday, called a cab to pick my friend and I up after the game, and the customer service told me that it'd be 20 minutes. Never showed!! Called again, said it'd be another hour. So I cancelled it and called lyft. The first driver stil showed up after I got picked up by lyft, and he said to me: HOW DARE YOU GET A LYFT AFTER CALLING ME! YOU ARE SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE! Excuse me? No you never showed up. I will NEVER use this company again. Absolutely terrible..

12/15 called at 5:40 to order a taxi for pick-up at my hotel at 6:40, so an hour's notice. Was told I just needed to tell the driver where I wanted to go. 6:45, taxi had not arrived. Called the company and they told me they had nobody available and could not give me a time when they might have someone, saying they were backed up since 6AM. I had an appointment at 7:00 so was stranded. Lady hung up on me when I asked what I was supposed to do. Do NOT use this company. Useless isn't a strong enough word.

This cab company is a total rip off. Cab driver charged us twice what their standard rate was listed on the web site!! Was supposed to be $55 and charged us &105 !! We didnt realize it until we looked on web. I called the company and they did not call back! Robbery! Thieves!

I am positive that I left my cell phone in a cab. I called FIVE MINUTES after my cab ride and was transferred to the lost an found voice mail. I never had a response to the 7 messages that I left after the first. Eventually I talked to someone in the office. Since I had the cab number, time of the ride and addresses of pick-up/drop-off she was able to locate my driver. She said she would get in contact with him to see if he had seen or heard the phone I had been constantly calling in an attempt to find it or get it back. It has been over a week and I have not heard from the woman, gotten a call back from my numerous voice mails or been able to talk with someone inside the office. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! This is not even considering their outrageous prices. I would give them a zero if I could.
