GR Painting
No word can describe the depth of our appreciation for the quality of work that you have done in our home . This was a two months project and you transformed our house to a place to call it home and you did it in a professional manner .

Hci Exteriors Inc
HCI helped myself, mother and sister with our storm claims and re roofed our houses. We all got upgraded shingles and the service and work done was perfect. The office staff was a joy to talk to and Kee and Eric made sure the jobs were taken care of! Thank you so much! We never would have known about the need for all of this work without your help. Thank God you caught it before further problems came up with leaks or something. Call this company! We highly reccomend them.

GR Painting
Gabino at GR Painting is awesome. He's painted our last 3 homes and he has taken great care of several of our rentals and for several of my real estate clients. Great attention to detail. Fair prices and works fast. I would definitely recommend Gabino and his company.

Steve Gowers Drywall & Paint
This review is about an negative experience I had with Steve Gowers (or one or two of his associates) on November 10th.I was driving my 4 year old daughter home from school heading east on 6th Avenue in my little old 99 Honda Civic. It was dark, and the highway was abnormally empty - just us chugging along at the speed limit in the right lane. Soon, a big truck turned on to the highway. It sped up quickly and was soon uncomfortably close behind us. The headlights were so close behind us and so bright that my daughter commented it was like daytime again. They were so bright for me, that they blinded me from seeing the road in front of me. I slowed, so that the truck could pass. He could - the highway was just us - but he chose not to. For at least two miles, the truck tailed me, flashing his brights several times at one point to intimidate us. I kept my cool, just wishing he would pass and leave us alone. The truck followed us a few more miles past that to 14th and Wadsworth, where I presume it was heading. I was able to finally get in a different lane and slow down enough to see the sign on the side of the truck that said "Steven Gowers Drywall and Painting". There were two men in the truck.I will never knowingly do business with anyone who treats other people this way, or hires people who treat others this way. Next time I will call the police. I hope this information helps you make the same decision.

Integrity Roofing and Painting
Vince Kaiser at Integrity Roofing was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, knew the materials well that Integrity works with, timely responded to my emails, and did a tremendous job on the roof. He didn't try to up-sell me on the roofing materials and was willing to listen to what we wanted done and offer suggestions within our price range that would make sense. I would absolutely recommend Integrity Roofing, and particularly Vince Kaiser.

Coverwell Painting
These guys are the best on what they do. Just look at the colors in the house. They surely know how to compliment the space and the owners of the house.

Tips & Advices
For a long-lasting paint job, a clean wall is crucial. Ask how they plan to clean your walls, if at all, before getting started. A high-quality company will thoroughly prepare a wall so that the paint will lay smoothly and last a long time.
Yes. A well-established company will have more experience and likely more references for you to reach out to than a new company that's just getting off the ground. Be sure to ask for references so you can speak to former customers about their experience working with the painter. When speaking to these people, ask about:
  • Whether they had issues with the crew
  • If the painters were messy or neat
  • How the paint has held up since the project was completed
The quality of the paint will affect how good the walls look when the project is completed. If your contractor says they plan on using a paint you don't like, feel free to request an alternative.
If the contractor makes a point to train new hires on safety techniques as well as quality standards on the job, you're probably in good hands.
Unfortunately, there are plenty of cases where a painter has stolen items from a home or caused damage to the house or injury to the homeowner. Subcontractors may not be as skilled as employees, and the contractor you're hiring may not have much experience working with them, making them more of a risk. Additionally, ask if the painters are employees or subcontractors, and what the screening or hiring process is like.

Just a moment...
