I am throughly disgusted with this company. My friend ordered long stem roses (approximate cost of $100.00) for Valentines day this year, within 2 days they began to droop and never opened up. I called 2 days in a row to complain and request to have my friend's purchase credited back to his account, no one ever called me back, but another bouquet of roses were delivered yesterday. Everyone at work that has seen the second bouquet roses made similiar comments "those are not the roses that were orgionally delivered, their a lot smaller", "I'll never use their services". I am now sitting here less than 24 hours later with a cheaper bouquet of flowers that are again beginning to droop. This company does not stand by their flowers, and apologizes with less than what was origionally purchased. Needless to say I'll be dropping off their roses after to work today. If I could give them a - 0 zero rating I would.
I have been buying flowers for my wife and mother for over 15 years. Ever since I have discovered Lehrer's, I refuse to buy from anywhere else. It's almost comical how genuinely nice the entire staff is, and the quality of their work is truly second to none. If you're looking for superb flowers at a great rate, look no further than Lehrer's.

First off I've been a very loyal 20 year customer of Lehrers purchasing at least 4-5 bouquets a year. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day the bouquet that arrived looked pathetic with fewer flowers in poor condition than what I viewed online. I contacted customers service (two different websites) and no response. A week later I send an e-mail to the General Manager Rob, who forwarded it on (should have known then that he didn't care) to one of is customers service reps (CSR). The CSR sent me a very lame excuse that they can't give refunds unless they get the money back from their wholesaler. (Way to stand behind your product Lehrers, and hide behind your wholesaler) . So I called her directly and finally she agreed to both send a new bouquet and issue a credit for the original charge. I thought this was a great solution and showed their commitment to their customers. Now a week later neither has happened, I sent an e-mail to both the CSR and Rob, the I don't care about my customers, General Manager, and haven't heard back from either. There are many options out there for all of us for purchasing quality flowers, I'd strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere, I certainly am!
Decent, but some issues.
UPDATE: After waiting all day for a delivery confirmation email (which I did not receive until almost 7pm), I did confirm that my flowers were successfully delivered and made it to my recipient. From the looks of it, the bouquet was very nice, and the recipient was happy. I am revising my review from 1 (when I thought my delivery had been mishandled entirely) to 4. They made it right and worked with me even when I was dissatisfied. That deserves a good rating.
Did not deliver flowers on Valentine's Day and offer no refeund. They are the worst. The worst.
Delivery was on time and good for valentines day, but everything else about the experience was terrible. The arrangement was not what I expected, and was not done in an impressive manner at all, and on top of that, the flowers (with excellent care by my girlfriend) only lasted 3.5 days before they were wilted and dead, and Lehrer's refused to do anything about this because it was past the 3 day mark
I just bought some roses for my very good friend and I loved the service I was given. The associate at Lehrer's was very kind and helpful not to mention knowledgeable about the product. I got some lovely yellow roses that were just beautiful. My experience here was memorable and I am thankful for the kindness.Business Response05/13/2010

So recently, I began dating this girl whom I really like and who is really into flowers. I have never known how to buy any flowers outside of the pre-made bouquets at grocery stores so I stopped in the Lehrer's shop on Wadsworth and the people there were awesome with helping me out. They were able to help me make a custom bouquet for a great price and the girl (now my girlfriend) was really impressed. I can't thank you guys enough for the help, I will definitely be utilizing the outstanding services of Lehrer's more often!
I've recently received an english garden (a basket full of green and blooming plants) from my daughters and the plants are beautiful. I was able to re-plant all of them in my garden outside and they look great! These gardens really are a great gift especially for plant lovers!
