YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

There was about 3 people inside the restaurant when I arrived (maybe was a sign that I ignored), I bought red and green tamales, I was told the tamales were frozen and they have to heat them up for me, that it was going to take 30 min. So I waited even though they were to go; so the masa from the red ones were not appetizing, the green ones were OK, my kids eat everything but the made comments about the flavor of the red ones, the green ones were OK but they don't have meat, within 2 hours I became nauseated and then became really sick to my stomach to the point of being up all night and missing work, one of my kids got sick too but not as bad as me, that was the first time and last time I will purchase from that restaurant.

After purchasing 3 flower pots here I got them home and they were too small. We tried to return them the same afternoon and only got the run-around f I purchased several pots here and spent a pretty penny on them. When I tried to return them because they were too small, all I got was the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I understand they don't give refunds, but I did not see the sign while I was in there due to the fact that the salesman was trying to give me one of their cats and wouldn't take no for an answer. We tried to talk small business owner, to small business owner and said that we understand, but asked very professionally and nicely if they could make an exception. We only got accused of using them for a photo shoot (we're photographers) and the run around when we asked to speak to the owner. We left a message for the owner on their business line, and never got a call back. After 2 days, we finally went down there to talk to them in person, respectfully. He was the worst of them all! He didn't care about our future business, or the business of our friends and family that have shopped there (I'm kicking myself that I have referred people there recently). I guess our $140 is all he needs? We make exceptions to our policies to make our customers happy and hopefully to gain their future business and referrals (isn't that what customer service is all about?). I am completely APPALLED that any small business (especially in this economy) would treat people so badly. He told us to shop at those big ""box stores"" because, ""that's where we belong"". We ALWAYS try to support small, local businesses FIRST. But at least Home Depot provides better customer service!!! If he would have just given our money back, all of this would have gone away. I am infuriated at the way we were treated.

This is a beautiful store with an incredible atmosphere. Kathy, the owner, and her staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive. There are true works of art to inspire even the most timid of painters, as I certainly was my first time. Now my tally is 7 visits and I am still ready for more! I am not family or friend, just a customer who knows that you will love it too when you go.

Stone Leaf Pottery Doesn't Honor Price Match: Over Charged $249.23 My husband ordered a Skutt KM Firebox 8x6 Kiln for my Christmas gift several weeks prior to Christmas. After continuing to call them to see where it was (as they said it would be there in time no problem), it arrived in Denver on Dec. 23rd, 2 days prior to Christmas. Problem, they use some shipping company they don't know the name of or have a phone number for, just a email address, and they could not get it from the shipper. In fact we did not get it till January 6, exactly 2 weeks later. Of course at no fault of their own. Totally out of Stone Leaf's control. And for ruining my Christmas gift they would give us $50 off. I did a google search for this Kiln to discover Clay-King.com sells the exect same unit that we paid $838.11 for, for $588.88, no tax, no shipping and guess what they use UPS and FedX, real shipping companies. We paid 1/3 more than we needed too for shopping local. On top of messing up our Christmas. But don't worry Stone Leaf offers a price match on their website... note they have a line in there that they may not be able to match such great prices. Which they didn't, but they would give us a half the amount they should have refunded CASH in a gift certificate to Stone Leaf. No mention of that trick in their price match. You don't really get your money back, SURPRISE!! So with the mark up they have on their items I figure their actually cost will only only be $35, but we are still out $200, because Yes I want to shop there again... MORAL OF THE STORY: SAVE $$! Compare the two websites and prices of items you're getting at Stone Leaf with Clay-King.com, and you'll see why I'm a Huge Clay-King.com fan!! Great prices, better selection and customer service minus all the unacceptable excuses.

I brought my 3 year old son to Hot Pots, not sure how it would go. Places I had been to in the past are in cramped headquarters, and the thought of a 3 year old in a tight room with shelves of breakable items...hmmm. Hot Pots was spacious, great set up, and felt inviting. My son had a blast. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. In fact the young lady who was working went the extra mile to help us with our project. We will definitely be going back:)
