Cherry Creek Grill
***** 50th Birthday SURPRISE!Recently my husband turned fifty years old, to celebrate this landmark birthday we decided to celebrate by going to Cabela's then enjoy lunch in Cherry Creek, one of our favorite areas.  Looking for a special location for lunch I checked review's online and picked 'The Cherry Creek Grill'. What a great pick!  Just walking in the door, we were impressed by the ambiance.  The staff was welcoming and fun so I shared the information about our special occasion. They helped us select the perfect items assuring memorable occasion. The food was great, fresh, and really tasty. Honestly, I didn't think anything could be better. Just then, our waitress came back to the table and said, "Happy Birthday lunch is on us"!  This was so unexpected, I actually started to tear up. The waitress, Robin, looked over at me and said "please don't cry, you'll make me cry", so I jumped up and gave her a hug while thanking her prolifically.  We found ourselves walking to the vehicle in a daze talking only about the unique event.  I was so stunned, that I completely forgot to tip them, and had run back. LOL!  Great time, great food, and a great surprise, the Cherry Creek Grill really delivers!

Star Kitchen
In my first meal at Star Kitchen, I was pleased to discover a menu full of many great choices and old favorites. The food was very good and so was the service on a busy Saturday night. I had planned on being a regular. However, I later found my bank account was charged a 26% tip, when I had left an 18% tip. I disputed the charge I did not sign for through my bank, and the bank – not the restaurant – refunded me the unauthorized tip. There was also a security issue: The restaurant allowed a man to distribute marketing flyers at its front door, and when I refused a flyer on the way into the restaurant, the man blocked me from getting to my car on the way out. He stood in front of my car door. I had to tell him several times to leave me alone to be able to drive away. This made me uncomfortable and was an unpleasant way to end my meal. I alerted the restaurant, but don’t know whether any action was taken to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Strange Grounds
Strange Grounds is a diamond in the rough. The atmosphere and staff welcome you like old friends and family in their home-away-from-home, and their eats and treats are surprisingly decadent being made from scratch with love. Morning hours vary (and the door says 10ish, which is fair) because their night life is thriving with live music and comedy. The best part? Live acoustic music happens all the time, and many local groups choose to grace their house with live music while they jam together. Frieda has managed to cultivate a wonderful place for creatives and intellectuals to gather and mingle like coffee shops of old, and I look forward to watching her place grow through the years while I and all the new friends I've made here enjoy her fantastic coffee, wonderful food, and beautiful music together.

The Cheesecake Factory
My family and I had an early dinner before a concert on Saturday night. We were seated right away and the food was terrific. I ate from the skinnylicious menu and was not disappointed. I tried the newest cheesecake, lemon meringue. Excellent! I gave 4 stars because we were in a bit of a hurry to get to the concert and we would have liked a bit less time between entrées and dessert. But that was mostly us. There were people waiting when we left. But I believe that was because most patrons are lingering after dinner. I will visit again.

Johnny Rockets
We decided to stop in here on Sunday afternoon for some 50's cafe food. The service was really slow and she forgot part of my order as well. I got the chicken Philly cheese steak sandwhich and it was disappointing at best, I only ate half. I also got a peanutbutter chocolate shake and that was very tasty. My husband got the equivilant to a southwest burger and a root beer shake and only ate half of his as well and sadly was vomiting later in the day. Not sure you could call it food poisoning but not likely to return.

Henry's Tavern
We were staying downtown and looking for a place to eat and have some drinks. Per the ratings, we decided to give Henry's a try and were not disappointed! We were there on a Saturday evening, no reservations, and the place was busy. Got seated right away and the waitress took very good care of us. Made sure our drinks were full, checked on us regularly. The food was very good, large portions. Highly recommend!

Park Burger
A native to Denver recommended this place to us and we have been returning ever since. I usually get just their regular burger with grilled onions and sweet potato fries. So yummy! I love the location on Pearl st, but the only set back is it can feel crammed in there sometimes if you have a large party and its busy (which it usually is). It's a must visit place at least once!

This restaurant offers a menu with a wide variety of food items to choose from for both breakfast and lunch selections. The food that is prepared is always made from quality ingredients and has great taste. The service is always quick and efficient in preparing the food items that you have ordered and presented with a smile.

Table 6
Took a date here last week and we had such a great experience I thought I'd have to find some time to write a review. The food was very unusual but exception. They seriously spoil you with the appetizers too. Let them pick your appetizers and suggest dinner. Great atmosphere. Perfect for a date.

Excellent! Had the sirloin and it came with agrautin potatoes and peas with BACON AND SHAVED PARM CHEESE! Seriously ... who knew. More than enough food and the cook looks like the rock. How do you beat that! Oh yeah and about a block down an ice cream shop that smells like heaven. Thanks God!
