AVI Roofing & Gutters
After the hail storm in May 2017, my husband and I contacted the great people of AVI. They had a crew for every thing we needed. We put on a new roof they repainted the entire house and even had someone come and fix our shredded screens. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them to everyone we know. Thanks Pete

All Pro Seamless Gutters
Placed phone calls on 7/19, 20 and 25. No return call. Message said John is "on the roof" and will return call. More likely John is 'out of business' or will be soon!!!

I planned & shopped for new windows for about 6 months. I heard about Rob @ Carlson Siding. Upon his sales presentation, including the quality, warranty, & price of his windows, I was quite impressed. His company's history, his personal professionalism & eagerness to go above & beyond SOLD me. How could I lose?! Awesome windows, awesome price & warranty, outstanding installation & professionalism!! No kidding...I own a condo & my windows are the best in the whole community. Started receiving compliments that evening. Don't have a doubt...choose Rob!!(BTW--I didn't know Rob b4 this purchase. :-) )

Rocky Mountain Shore Construction
Very poor work. Could not trust anything they said. Asked for money in advance and then didnt finish their work. I am doubtful any of the pictures on the website are their real projects. Stay Away.

F.A.Seamless Gutter
Freddie was hired to fix several problems with our roof to pass inspection. They came recommended and we hired them for the work. They did not put the water and ice shield as requested and we failed inspection again even though our invoice shows we got charged for the water/ice shield. Freddie refused to come out and give us a refund for that work they did not do and wanted to charge us more to correct the problem. The City Inspector sees this problem all over the city, and after several attempts it was clear that F A Seamless Gutters was not going to fix nor repay us. Horrible, do not use them.

Rocky Mountain Shore Construction
My husband and I hired Chris Shore and Rocky Mountain Shore Construction to do a $420,000 addition on our house in Aurora, CO that was supposed to take a total of 4 months. We are on month 10 and having to hire additional people to correct rudimentary errors, mistakes and issues caused by Rocky Mountain Shore Construction. In my opinion, the work they performed was substandard to the point of being dangerous (water leaks into furnace room, storage room, roof leaks into the new addition, live electrical wires not terminated, carbon monoxide back flow into the house on 3 separate occasions from the furnace), subcontractors not paid timely (and with bounced checks), failure of the general contractor to show up on the site; subcontractors being sent without any materials or supplies to name a few. He cancelled his liability insurance policy before completion of our project, is being sued in Denver District Court and Adams County for other jobs by other individuals, has a Demand for Arbitration pending from my husband and I. Mr. Shore has been convicted of multiple felonies and misdemeanors in Orange County, California before he came to Colorado. In my opinion, this is a bad, bad, company that should not be used for anyone who wants quality construction work done.

I would totally recommend this company, I was working with a different company on a different claim before peak to peak , and Peak to Peak was efficient, quick, responsible and committed compare to the other company. Great job !

Mile High Exterior Construction
Mile High Exterior Construction, LLC was a great company to work with! Kario and LaPrell spent time with me and my wife to see what our Gutter and Downspout needs were. The explained why we needed to change from a 2x3 Downspout to a 3x4 Downspout since we have a lot of tree coverage. They cleaned up so well we couldn’t even tell they had been there. The Gutter and Downspout installation complete changed our curb appeal. We are looking forward to working with them again on some other home improvement projects. Give Mile High Exterior Construction a call. Brad & Mary

Mile High Exterior Construction
MHEC installed my Roof, Seamless Gutters and Downspouts. The estimator came out and looked at the roof and went over some details with me after. The job Supervisor came out to go over the Roofing and Gutter colors. The crew kept the grounds very clean and free of debris. Kario came out for a final inspection of the work, to make sure we were completely happy with the work performed. Mhec was such a great company to work with and we will use them again. Tips & Advices
Gutters can typically last 30 years or longer. With the right care and periodic re-caulking of the seams and corners, aluminum gutters can last indefinitely. However, when replacing a roof, opting for new gutters at the same time is usually a good idea.
Leaves, twigs, and other debris are the most common causes of clogged gutters. If these items are allowed to sit for an extended period of time, they could become moldy, which can clog your gutters further.
If gutters or seams are leaky or rusty, it's time for them to be replaced. Also, if there are signs of water damage or mold in the home, check the gutters to see if they are the culprit.
If gutters are clogged, rain water won't be directed away from the home. Water can build up near the roof or foundation, and eventually begin leaking into the home. This can cause mold, mildew, and extensive water damage. It can also make the home more inviting to termites and other pests. Over time, water dripping near a foundation or onto sidewalks can cause the cement or brick to break down. If there is a garden, bushes or other landscaping below the gutters, these can become damaged as well. If the gutters are clogged over the winter and are located in a cold climate, ice dams can form in the gutters. These are very heavy and can cause damage to the roof, the gutters and potentially the side of the home.
If a homeowner plans to clean his or her gutters twice a year, this task should be done at the beginning of spring and fall.
