Brought in a old volvo 240 head to be cleaned and re surfaced, and they did just that! Way more sparkles on the head than before. Great shop, with great people!

A & J Tire & Service Center Inc
This place is the worst if you want professionalism and common respect. I have been here numerous times for my interlock service and it is always the same what looks like mother and son team that don't make eye contact or engage the customer. They both seem very unhappy and bitter. I have tried numerous times to be polite and they could careless. The older lady will sit and start texting while you are standing right in front of the counter. Or start playing with her wig. The man acts like he is about to take a nap on the counter. Probably from diabetes. They both act and look very unprofessional. I guess if I had that job I wouldn't be proud but I also wouldn't take it out on the customers. You want to be treated with dignity even if you have made a mistake and learned from it! I'm not usually as cutting but I've been dealing with it for a while and I'm through. I will be going elsewhere from now on!

Cervantes Wheel And Tire Inc
These fellows took good care of me. Found me 2 hi-quality, used tires that matched my other 2. Used good adhesive weights, and sealed my bead leak. Good price for all of it.

Big O Tires
I took my 2006 Mercedez for an inspection. Well, after driving for a good 10 minutes my engine started smoking really bad. I popped the hood and saw that they did not put the engine oil cup back on and it was leaking really bad. I called them and they sent two guys to my location and they acted like nothing had happened. They sounded like this happens more often in their shop. I would never go back there and I do not trust them. I will go ahead and share this horrible experience with everyone online and in person. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP, if you dont like headaches.

Power Brake of Metro Denver Inc
Paid guy premium to have my brake booster rebuilt, next day he returns it, says he fixed all that was wrong with it, and resealed it. Turns out he gave me some other junk unit, luckily i took pictures of the part that cane off my truck, i requested my money back and my original part, he returned it, i rebuilt it myself, but upon opening my booster it turned out that he didnt even disassemble it, so he lied about me having problems with push piston and a relief valve. Big scammer, stay away, cost me alot of money and time, will lie to your face, be very careful and look for a reputable rebuilder (booster Dewey or power brake sales in Dallas), brakes is something you dont play/lie about

Guzman Tire Shop
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! This shop saved my bacon. My name is TJ Christensen and i am a local business owner. My time is the most valuable thing that i have to offer to this community and the staff at Guzman tire shop truly understands the value of their customers time. Prompt professional and friendly. They did not have the tires i needed in stock (not surprising because my truck weighs 7000 pounds) but they had them delivered within the hour. It seems unlikely that after such a terrible ordeal as having a tire blow out on I25 that i would have anything good to say about my day , but, here we are. Guzman tire shop got me in and out and to my paying customer on time...... THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! These guys are great.

You shouldn't even try going anywhere else. Inexpensive and quality balance, rotations, alignment.. Absolutely exceptional. I'm from California. I only dream of having this quality tire care there. 5 stars !!

A & E Tire Inc
5/23 Took the truck to Colorado Chassis. Trucks alignment was off. (after 2 attempts, a ton of time, and excuse after excuse from A&E) Colorado Chassis had the truck fixed in no time! Truck drives great, no more issues. Final Conclusion= A&E Tire does not know how to do proper alignments. 5/22 A&E is refunding money. Talked to Wes the owner. We will take truck to Colorado Chassis and see where we go from there. Agreed to tell Wes what the problem was when done at Colorado chassis Will post more info as it is available. ORIGINAL POST:STAY AWAY! Took my truck down for a front end "check out" and repair whatever it needed. They FAILED. Did an "alignment" and sent me on my way with 2 trashed front tires and shocks. didnt even recommend a wheel balance, offer any remedy. . Went to TDS, they showed me they were "oval" and replaced both front tires and recommended a Shock change. (this was Friday 5/18) Turns out both shocks were trashed. Why didnt A&E notice? Saturday 5/19 took the truck Back to them, they said they couldnt do anything until monday, and it was probally the tires... REALLY!? New tires... hmm. Took truck BACK in Monday 05/20, they put it back on the alignment rack, truck still pulls. The Truck is actually WORSE then before I took it to them, pulls to the right all day long, with two brand new front steer tires and new shocks. Multiple Mechanics says its an alignment! NOT MECHANICAL. Will be attempting to get my EXPENSIVE alignment charge refunded. PS. Alignment tech is extremely RUDE!
Tips & Advices
Yes. New tires purchased online can often be priced lower than ones at a tire dealership. Buyers can often avoid state sales taxes and locate hard-to-find tire styles and sizes, but will still have to locate a local tire installer and pay sometimes high shipping costs.
The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.

Just a moment...
