After a long day of work I get to my apartment door to find that I locked my keys in my car. At this point I have a moment of panic but then remember that my Pocket Agent app has a listing of local lock smiths. However, I wanted someone who I could actually talk to and even though it was 7:00 pm Stephanie still took my call and helped me throughout the entire process. She eased my anxiety and immediately gave me options for help. I have never had someone so genuine and kind help me in a situation like this. Usually I get passed from operator to operator yelling voice commands and then hanging up after 30 minutes of frustration. But this experience was far from that. At the risk of sounding extremely corny, Stephanie is the epitome of a Good Neighbor and she was there for me in my hour of need! I strongly recommend her services if you want someone who will be there for you and ensure you get the best service and rates possible!

I used to work for Floyd Hinson, where I saw first hand from the inside the consistently honorable and pleasant way Floyd and his staff treated their customers. He had a very high retention rate--I saw all the continuing files versus the few that moved away or something. Floyd continually impressed me with his sophisticated knowledge of his industry and all around decency, so one year, his birthday my co-worker and I gave him a "Consistently Honorable Boss" plaque. You can;t jbuy that kind of award!

I have been a customer of All Insurance for well over 10 years. I have always been pleased with the level of customer service i have received. They go through several different insurance companies including progressive, so they can shop around and find you the best price. I have even gotten a call from them, out of the blue, telling me that they thought they could get me a lower rate if i switched providers. If thats not customer service, i don't know what is. I could not be happier with the service they provide.
