Very poor unprofessional, unethical company. No transparency and accountability. Denies genuine claims, inflate "prior" damage estimates and untruthful. Not sure why this company continues to operate i

Stephanie Sponder Insurance Agent
After a long day of work I get to my apartment door to find that I locked my keys in my car. At this point I have a moment of panic but then remember that my Pocket Agent app has a listing of local lock smiths. However, I wanted someone who I could actually talk to and even though it was 7:00 pm Stephanie still took my call and helped me throughout the entire process. She eased my anxiety and immediately gave me options for help. I have never had someone so genuine and kind help me in a situation like this. Usually I get passed from operator to operator yelling voice commands and then hanging up after 30 minutes of frustration. But this experience was far from that. At the risk of sounding extremely corny, Stephanie is the epitome of a Good Neighbor and she was there for me in my hour of need! I strongly recommend her services if you want someone who will be there for you and ensure you get the best service and rates possible!

Hinson Insurance Agency
I used to work for Floyd Hinson, where I saw first hand from the inside the consistently honorable and pleasant way Floyd and his staff treated their customers. He had a very high retention rate--I saw all the continuing files versus the few that moved away or something. Floyd continually impressed me with his sophisticated knowledge of his industry and all around decency, so one year, his birthday my co-worker and I gave him a "Consistently Honorable Boss" plaque. You can;t jbuy that kind of award!

All Insurance Agency
I have been a customer of All Insurance for well over 10 years. I have always been pleased with the level of customer service i have received. They go through several different insurance companies including progressive, so they can shop around and find you the best price. I have even gotten a call from them, out of the blue, telling me that they thought they could get me a lower rate if i switched providers. If thats not customer service, i don't know what is. I could not be happier with the service they provide.

Frontline Source Group
I submitted my resume to them, called me up for an interview the next day at their office. That same day they sent me an offer to the exact kind of job I was looking for! I'm now being hired on with the company full time. They have incredibly helpful, nice, fun and professional. I highly recommend them!

Frontline Source Group
At last, found a position for which I could not have been better matched. Frontline Source Group found out what they could about that interview and helped me with excellent advice on how to handle my personal deficiencies in the interview process I had with other company. Finally, I got a great job!

Square State Insurance
Super friendly and actually saved a few hundred dollars a year on my Homeowners Insurance vs my current agents' quote. I am a first time home buyer and Jeff made the process super simple. I was able to sign my application on my smart phone. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

Experience Factor
Very interactive good for the children, the only issue we have is the route for autistic, autistic should have access to premium services no matter what they seek and should not have money be a barrier. If humans don't fix it we will change the polar Fqueces

Tips & Advices
Insurance agents will often try to "upsell" on various extra products that may be useful for certain people, but are generally excessive for the average consumer. Stick with basic plans that cover as much as you need without any additional costs. For example, if the annual cost of your auto insurance is 10 percent or more of the total value of your car, drop all but the most essential coverage. This is especially applicable if the car you drive is older and could be replaced with savings. Otherwise, you are paying for insurance that will never actually benefit you in the event of a serious crash.
Yes. Even after you've chosen a plan and started paying into it, consider looking around again when it comes time to renew the policy. Consider using an independent agent when searching for a new insurance policy. While traditional agents can still find a good deal, independent agents can choose from a variety of providers and tailor your coverage to your specific needs. The Internet has also made comparison shopping easy. Potential customers can often get free quotes online very quickly.
Send your insurer a claim form for each beneficiary in the plan, as well as a certified copy of the policyholder's death certificate. With the proper information, life insurance claims are generally straightforward. Problems may arise if the policyholder has died within two years of opening the policy. In this case, an attorney may be needed to settle the claim.
In the case of damage, take pictures of the affected area as soon as any safety or health emergencies are resolved. Take note of what happened and all the relevant circumstances and report to your insurer as soon as possible. If any of your possessions were damaged, use an inventory of your important assets and make note of this in the claim. Once an adjuster has made their own report, review it for accuracy.
If you're involved in an accident, you need to call the police right away and have them document the situation. You can file a claim upon obtaining the police report. It's also a good idea, if possible, to take your own notes to record: what happened before the accident, the date and time, traffic signs in the area and road conditions. Also get the other driver's name, address, license plate number, and insurance information. Even photos taken with a cell phone camera can help the claims process. Once you have this documentation, call your insurance company right away.
