The food does all the talking at this venerable bastion. Between Boulder and So. Logan, I've spent many a morning enjoying trout and eggs, benoits, and the many other masterpieces this place puts out. Keep up the excellent job and get a parking lot.

This restaurant opened just under a year ago and has gotten lots of press here locally. This is one of the first Asian/Cajun restaurants in the Denver area. Though these are common in Texas and Louisiana. This restaurant is fun because it's three Vietnamese sisters who married guys from Louisiana and Mississippi.

When I am missing N'awlins... and want something to remind me - this is where I go. I found Bayou Bob's shortly after moving to Denver and stopped by - ordering a naked po-boy and a Barq's although the waiter didn't have a clue about what I meant by "naked" - so I educated them. The gumbo, red beans and rice and when they have it the boudin are excellent. When you just want some comfort food N'awlins style - park yourself in one of their chairs or booths!

I have lived in Denver 1 year and had not gone to Swanky's. I stopped there last eve AFTER the game and still ran into so many great people. If you are from WI, this is the bar you need to come to. It is so much fun!!!!!! I met some great people and will be back on Sunday for the game! If you are new to Denver, don't miss this place, you will have tons of fun if you are a true Packer fan. \r \r

Such a fun place! One of the few Denver restaurants where the wait staff are not ski-bum types -- these folks know the menu and wine list and are right on on their selections. The menu varies seasonally and offers some unique creations. Exposed brick and big fish tank make the place a real eye-catcher. If you're not in the mood for fish you can always go to the standby Best Beef Burger ... it is incredible!

Are you kidding? That first ""review"" was written by the owner or company exec. There was no jazz music or beads. While their regular menu looks good, we went for the prime rib buffet. Shoe leather! And the sides were well below regular hotel fare. The Au Jus was cold and ketchup has more kick than their horse radish. Oh yeah, their newspaper ad said ""soups"". Guess what - no soup for you. My advice - go to any tavern and order any Nobel-Sysco entree. By far a better value. This place won't last.

Strongly recommend NoNo's Cafe! The staff was friendly and service was great!\r \r My husband is a native Louisianian and, though we've lived in the Denver Metro for over five years, he was greatly concerned about going to a Cajun resturaunt -- he thought ""as long as there's hope of a good Cajun resturaunt, I'm good."" He was so convinced he'd be disappointed... FAR FROM IT!\r \r He had the Blackened Catfish smothered with Monica sauce; I had the lemon dill grilled Salmon -- we also had the shrimp bisque (amazing!). All was traditional Cajun cookin and we absolutely loved it!\r \r Now we've reserved for the first three crawfish boils -- crawfish is flown in fresh on Saturday mornings for the boil that starts at 3PM (SHARP!). We can't WAIT!

this is a great seafood restaurant, fresh food, good service, cool atmosphere, cool concept makes you think you are in Florida or something (owners were from there I believe). Food was excellent, presentation great. Will return for dinner. only reason for four stars is lunch is way too expensive, they only have the dinner menu with one sandwich special. I ate the Ahi Tuna salad which was excellent but $18.00 for lunch is way more than I normally spend. The portion of Tuna was quite large. My guest had the Shrimp salad, it was great as well but was $14.00 . need more $7.00 to 11.00 options at lunch time. Will definitely return for dinner though! A must go to restaruant and the North suburban area needs an alternate to Red Lobster (boo) or Bonefish (good place as well, too busy and a little corporate feeling to me).

I love Nono's Cafe. After today I don't know if we will be going back. We went to have dinner there with my service dog in training. A guy there tried to sit us outside. It was a cool evening. When I confronted him about it the told me that's what they just do when they seat everyone. They just put them where they want and they pick who sits outside. There was no reason she laid under the table and just chilled.

Jax is great and probably the best place to grab seafood in the state. It's a bit small and alot more casual than I pictured but the food was amazing and full of flavor. They have an excellent wait staff and happy hour specials.
