Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric, Inc.
This is an UNSOLICITED review. I contacted Time Plumbing after another company I used for 3 years provided terrible service causing our sewer to back up for the first time in about 10 years. That other company is all corporate, only caring about $$$ (I'll leave them a negative review next.) Anyway, Nathan from Time Plumbing was skilled, tidy and not in a damn rush like the other company. He knew what he was doing, used the appropriate sized blades & carefully removed the mess that ARS Rescue Rooter left behind. Our line is now working better than it has in a long time and I sleep well not worrying about a back up.Notes:* Nathan provided a courtesy call about 20 minutes before showing up so I didn't have to wait at home for hours* I received same day service (this is possibly an extra expense. I didn't ask because I needed immediate assistance.)* Very knowledgeable* Value priced services* Diligent work ethics* TidyMy sincerest thanks! Amy C.

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning
Service Experts is a phenomenal company and their employees are not only professional, but they actually care and take pride in their work. I had a new air conditioner installed and would like to recognize Matt, Eric and Nick for prompt service, high-quality work and excellent care of my home. Chris K. who was my former technician for many years and is now sales advisor was very helpful in my AC purchase. He is very knowledgeable of various heating and cooling products and presented several options based on listening to my needs. Gabe is the technician that determined that my AC needed replacement during my spring tuneup and has also been servicing my furnace for years --- another trustworthy, reliable and conscientious employee who has exceeded my expectations. Service Experts is the only company I use for my furnace and AC semi-annual checks and I highly recommend them and have never been disappointed!

Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Electric
Our water heater died at 7 o'clock on a Thursday evening, right as we were about to give our toddler a bath. We called Brothers who said they could come out at 10am the following morning. They were right on time and extremely professional and courteous. They replaced our water heater for just under $3K (a 50 gallon) and the tech was incredibly informative about everything he was doing. Before he left, he made sure to go over the job -in detail- with us to ensure we understood what he'd done and that the job had been completed to our satisfaction. We were definitely happy with this service. Thanks!

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning
We're very happy with the new AC installation service we received from Service Experts! Chris was very knowledgeable & clear in helping us decide on what unit to install & patiently answered all our questions. Derrik, Shannon, and the other installation techs, were as professional as one could hope for! I have 2 little boys and 2 dogs, and the men were very careful to work quickly & safely, & without leaving any mess. They installed the AC unit & all other required mechanisms in one day. We now have a nice cool home! I highly recommend Service Experts of Longmont!!

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning
Our furnace went out on Mother's Day with all the snow and cold. We called Service Experts on Monday and a service tech, Santosh, came out later that day. Because our furnace was so old and needed a lot of repair, we bought a new one. Michael came over and Santosh explained how bad our furnace was and gave us options with no sales pressure at all. It was installed the next day. A special thank you to Eric and Sean who put the new furnace in and had everything cleaned up. I would highly recommend Service Experts.

Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Electric
6 STARS +. Brothers Plumbing is one of those unique family owned and operated companies that simply do the right thing to the best of their ability. I don't think you can find a more honest group of people. Their expertise and reliability is second to none. I have had multiple experiences with them and each time, received first class service at a fair price. If it is important to have someone you can trust come to your home or business to fill a problem, I would HIGHLY recommend Brothers.

Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Electric
We have used Brothers for plumbing and heating issues. Steve S. has helped us on a couple occasions, and would love to have him be the one to help us every time! He is very informative, knowledgeable and efficient. No trying to push jobs or products and hiking the cost up. Always tries to find the least expensive way to get the job done, which is very helpful since my husband has just run into some health issues. Will definitely recommend to others.

Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric, Inc.
Roberto helped me today with an expensive drain issue. He was a great communicator and and got the job done in a timely manner at the highest quality level with respect for my household and my budget. He was sensitive to the fact that I was spending what to me is a large amount of money on this repair and made sure I knew what he was doing, what to expect, and what my options - if any- were. I would recommend him to anyone, even a family member.

Chapman & Family A/C Services
This company is very experienced and knows what they are doing. We had to have an entire new system put it, the new vents, ducts, intake, new unit on the roof etc...and they had it done in 3 days without a hitch. Very friendly and professional. I believe their prices are pretty competitive but I would think twice before choosing a company to do a job like this just because they are the absolute cheapest.
Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
