Stephanie Sponder Insurance Agent
After a long day of work I get to my apartment door to find that I locked my keys in my car. At this point I have a moment of panic but then remember that my Pocket Agent app has a listing of local lock smiths. However, I wanted someone who I could actually talk to and even though it was 7:00 pm Stephanie still took my call and helped me throughout the entire process. She eased my anxiety and immediately gave me options for help. I have never had someone so genuine and kind help me in a situation like this. Usually I get passed from operator to operator yelling voice commands and then hanging up after 30 minutes of frustration. But this experience was far from that. At the risk of sounding extremely corny, Stephanie is the epitome of a Good Neighbor and she was there for me in my hour of need! I strongly recommend her services if you want someone who will be there for you and ensure you get the best service and rates possible!

Listen Up
There was a minor manufacturing defect with my headphones which most people probably wouldn't have been able to hear. Even if they could, it would have been considered insignificant. With one phone call, my salesman stepped up and exchanged the item without hesitation, and without even having heard the problem. He then worked with his team, who went out of their way to accommodate me through the exchange so I wouldn't have to send my headphones in and be without while waiting for a replacement. Smooth, red carpet service all the way! I felt they had an appreciation for, and knew how to cater to a critical audiophile clientele. And I never even stepped foot into a store; my entire purchase and exchange was all done by phone and email. Imagine the service I would have received had I come into the showroom! Impressive! ListenUp, you have my business from now on!

Fort Logan National Cemetery
Much Respect for the VOLUNTEER VETS!! They are AWESOME and REALLY make the funeral services SPECIAL.This cemetery NO longer Allows the engraved named on the back of headstone to be colored in BLACK!! All other military cemeteries STILL ALLOW this. Supposedly was A BUDGET CUT item!! But..more disturbing is to be informed by a employee that the subcontractor that maintains the grounds SUPPORTS hiring ILLEGAL subcontractors to do the grounds work at this cemetery!! Could we PLEASE support US CITIZENS!! I understand making good decisions when you have to make BUDGET CUTS but this is NOT OK. I find this to be VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! Hope things CHANGE and maybe time to find a NEW DIRECTOR that has a TRUE RESPECT and HONOR,SUPPORT to the VETERANS!! GREAT way to save $$$ by paying ILLEGALS!! NO RESPECT for this cemetery!!

I used to work for Floyd Hinson, where I saw first hand from the inside the consistently honorable and pleasant way Floyd and his staff treated their customers. He had a very high retention rate--I saw all the continuing files versus the few that moved away or something. Floyd continually impressed me with his sophisticated knowledge of his industry and all around decency, so one year, his birthday my co-worker and I gave him a "Consistently Honorable Boss" plaque. You can;t jbuy that kind of award!

I have been a customer of All Insurance for well over 10 years. I have always been pleased with the level of customer service i have received. They go through several different insurance companies including progressive, so they can shop around and find you the best price. I have even gotten a call from them, out of the blue, telling me that they thought they could get me a lower rate if i switched providers. If thats not customer service, i don't know what is. I could not be happier with the service they provide.

Listen Up
It's been a pleasure working with Listen Up while experiencing issues with the Marantz receiver I bought there last year. I took my unit in for repair and they sent me home with a loaner of equal quality. A few weeks later a brand new unit was shipped to my door, followed by an in house service call to ensure I was happy with the product and installation and offer any tips on how to improve my setup. Stick with basic plans that cover as much as you need without any additional costs. For example, if the annual cost of your auto insurance is 10 percent or more of the total value of your car, drop all but the most essential coverage. This is especially applicable if the car you drive is older and could be replaced with savings. Otherwise, you are paying for insurance that will never actually benefit you in the event of a serious crash.
