Gold's Concrete & Contracting
Before I hired Gold's Concrete to do my yard, it was an eyesore! Every time friends and family came over to visit I was embarrassed because the place looked something like a deserted old sand lot. I was even getting complaints from my neighbors that my yard was lowering THEIR property value! After I hired Gold's Concrete I got an immediate reaction from all of my neighbors and everyone who visits. I feel confident now bring friends and family over to hang out, I get compliments on my yard all the time, and we even have barbecues on the weekends when it's nice out!In the process of doing this I got to know Gold and his staff personally. They were very personable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Not at all like your typical construction crew. I would recommend Gold's Concrete to anybody.

This company was a little bit hard to get a hold of but well worth the extra phone call. We weren't sure what we wanted and they walked us through several different layout options, everything turned out beautiful. I would recommend Gold's Concrete to anyone looking for a company that gives you a price and stands behind it.Robert Richmire

Gaddy Construction
These guys are great - they have done a couple large renovations for me over the years. They always have delivered a great final product, and conduct their business with integrity. They even helped me save money on several components. They've been around for a long time, and Brian is great to work with. Highly recommended!

Tips & Advices
Resurfacing, where a contractor removes and replaces the top layer of concrete, is a middle ground between multiple patch jobs and a complete replacement.
Homeowners should work with a concrete contractor who is either certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations for high-quality results. These individuals adhere to professional guidelines and are versed in industry and safety standards. Such organizations include: American Concrete Institute (ACI) American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) and National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA).

Wet concrete can irritate the skin or cause first-, second-, or third-degree chemical burns. Cement dust contains silica, which damages the lungs and can lead to cancer or silicosis. Many concrete mixtures contain cement, so homeowners should be careful if contractors create the concrete on site. Anyone who touches wet concrete or dust should wash their skin with soap and cold water.
Colored concrete is created by blending liquid, granular or powdered iron oxide pigments with natural concrete. These pigments are either mined directly from the earth or manufactured in a chemical plant.
