Bars in Denver, CO

Great music, friendly staff, security was good, would like to see more men there, but me and my 3 girlfriends had an awesome time. 30 + crowd, really nice.
2.Yak and Yeti Restaurant & Brewpub
9755 E Hampden Ave
Delicious! Best Indian in Denver!
3.Club Level Sports Bar
1885 W 120th Ave Unit 1300
Club Level Sports Bar! Ice cold brews, tons of flat screen T.V.'s, awesome food, and I mean really awesome food, on the weekends they do these drunken burritos at last call, amazing for $3, and they do UFC events! They have a wicked nice patio with a gas fire pit, and the night life in this place is outta control! Lingerie Thursday, Bikini Fridays, Watch out Westminster, this is the new hotspot!
8001 E Colfax Ave
Although when you walk in you might be unsure about the place, it is a blast. The people are friendly and not too expensive of a night. They have a great selection on the jukebox, and the pool tables are in great condition. Will go back for sure!
5.Front Range inn

Have been a customer since 1982. Always a wonderful place to take that special someone. The service is always excellent and the staff is always friendly and sincere.
6.Park Centre Lounge
12011 Pecos St
What a great place. A local bar that has been in Westminster for over 30 years. Dave and Mary your the best
6762 Lowell Blvd
I'm a single lady who enjoys dancing, but I hate the bar scene. My cousin took me to this place after dinner one Saturday night, kicking and screaming, and afterwards I was glad she did. This place is like a family gathering where everyone knows everyone, the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, the staff is friendly, and the music is great if you like live music, especially New Mexico music! The place is full of regulars who are friendly to new-comers. Parking is limited, and they don't accept credit/debit cards or checks. They don't charge a cover at the door. This is a great place to listen and dance to live music, and there are people of varying backgrounds and ages - from 20s to 80s - and the vast majority dress up in their best clothing! This place needs to be discovered and publicized! Oh, and the owner doesn't put up with drunkards, profanity, rude behavior or nuisances. This place is open on Fridays for karaoke, and the bands are every Saturday and Sunday night.
8.The Irish Hound
575 Saint Paul St
As I walked in and Whodini 'Friends' was playing, I knew I was at the right place. I was just in for a quick bite right before the kitchen closed and they were happy to accommodate. Luckily, happy hour was finished when the kitchen closed, so I had 5 minutes to get my food and drink order in on time. Murphy the Bartender was happy to provide, and I was pleasantly surprised to find cabbage and corned beef egg rolls on the appetizer menu! They definitely hit the spot and will bring me back for more soon.
9.The Y-Knot Lounge

I had a great pizza ... but what I liked about this place was the atmosphere. I love sitting outside and relaxing over drinks for a while. So this is perfect. Great outdoor area, good food, lots of TVs and in a great part of downtown.
12.My Brother's Bar
2376 15th St
I love this bar. This is usually my last stop for the night. A great pub feel. AMAZING jalapeno poppers. They treat the service industry well. I would never say a bad thing about these guys. Keep it up!
1424 Market St
I would tell anyone that wanted to drink a Mojito to come here. It is by far the best in Town
1226 15th St
Denver's premiere comedy club, Comedy Works, is THE place to go in the Mile High City for laughs. It consistently books the best comics week in, week out that will keep you rolling in the aisles. Tons of great drinks and good eats too at fair prices. I've been going to comedy shows since the 90's (wow, that makes me sound old!) and Comedy Works is my favorite venue. I can't recommend it highly enough, don't miss out if you are visiting from out-of-town or if you live here, what have you been waiting for? Head downtown for a fun night of drinking and laughing.
15.Cru Wine Bar
1442 Larimer St
Upon entering Cru we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly service even without reservations we were welcomed into this quaint space. The music was soft and the bartender friendly I would absolutely recommend this place to every wine and food lover. They offer great wine sampling options and their Ahi Tuna is incredible. Over all, wonderful experience. Will be back soon!
16.Bonnie Brae Tavern

I don't write many reviews, but really like this place. Great atmosphere, and the pizza is pretty good. I've been going there since I was in college. Have fun!
17.Tavern Wash Park

The Tavern Wash Park is my ""home away from home"". I can come and work on my computer, enjoy an awesome meal and then move to the bar for a few drinks.
18.Bull & Bush
4700 E Cherry Creek South Dr
We had a group of 20+ and I can't say enough good things about the place. The British pub feel was great, it wasn't too noisy, the food looked good, the waiter seemed OK with seperate checks, and the Allgood beer was great. Probably my favorite bar in Denver now.
2045 Sheridan Blvd

I agree with battista. Good food, service and prices. Only a couple bucks a beer its a good thing its close to home.
26.Dirty Duck Bar
4780 E Evans Ave
Darren is the best bartender around. Drinks are cheap and the scene is a mix- but generally an older crowd- which if like me you dont want to be surrounded by college kids is a good thing. Try the burgers blue cheese or regular, they are surprisingly good.
27.Ape's Bar and Grill
7320 Pecos St
28.B J's Carousel
1380 S Broadway
Great food/ pleasant/neighborhood/ bar/restaurant. Very friendly patrons and staff Decent, fun folks to have a beer with, grab one of Joe's great dinners and chill. Specials /american food menu/ combo of mom's home cooking/lots of little surpises on various days and seasons /Monday's are usually spagetti night (call) with excellent al'dente pasta/rich meat tomaoe sauce/salad/french bread. All you can eat $3.50. You can't beat that! The bar is fun with the usual games, including darts. A sunken and curved bar has all the fixings and the bartenders are attentuive and generous. Ther are many nights of various entertainment. Drag/Male Dancers/Lip-sink extrvaganza's of many types (call). Oh, I almost forgot, outside the small restaurants glass windows on Thursday they have volleyball! from about 7:00 on, Lot's of nice eye-candy! This place grows on you. Very reasonable but excellent home-made food!
1700 N Logan St
Just great. I travel extensively between Chicago and the West Coast, and there are no bars anywhere as nice as the Wrangler. The staff's awesome, it's dark and fun and high energy, incredibly clean.\r \r Sundays get a 1,000 guys for beer bust. Great great time.\r \r And the tranny who is whining about not getting in? Gender matching ID is a state law. So either finish up the surgery and get a new ID or take your whining to somewhere they look the other way--how about BJ's?
3480 Park Ave W Ste A
Each time I have hung out at this bar, everything has been exceptional. It is the service that stands out for me. Each of the wait staff has something unique to offer the patrons. It is the African American, warmly known as Carla, that someone had commented about earlier that I would like to address. Each time I show up, Carla's amazing smile greets me. When I ask her how she is doing, she gives me a real answer and treats me like a real human being. Her service is efficient and in of her ability to multi-task leaves me in awe. This bar is often packed with people and while putting up with rude drunks, people hitting on her, people yelling orders at her, I have noticed the high integrity in which she remains. She is not only a hard worker, but a kind woman. The person who wrote this review has obviously NO idea what they are talking about.
