Worst experience ever. First off Derek told me 3 different dates for when my car would be done. Every call was another excuse about why my car would not be ready. He saved my deductible but after the service I received I'd rather have paid it. His employees or friends look like they're waiting to rob you. All in all worst place and service.

Quick Lane Service Dept. should be name SLOW lane Service Dept. as there is nothing quick about them. I had a pretty good experience purchasing my new 65K dollar truck from the same dealership and purchased the 10 oil change package as well. SAVE YOUR MONEY and do not purchase the oil change. I have stopped by several days over the past 2 weeks and each time they said it would be 3-4 hour wait... for an oil change! They recommended that I schedule an oil change appt., so I called in the next day and asked to schedule an oil change, the person on the phone was annoyed or had no phone personality and said the next oil change appt. was 9 days out. WOW.. it is no wonder all those 3rd party oil change companies are springing up everywhere. It amazes me how they can get your car serviced in 20-45 minutes and the supposed "Quick" Lane takes 9 days or wait for 3 hours. I am really not impressed and have called the business office demanding a refund on the oil change package (Guess what.. they have not called back). At least there many places I can write this review on to maybe help the next person out so they don't get sold a bill of goods!

Paddock Imports
I have a 30 Yr old VW Jetta GLI that broke its clutch cable on my morning drive to work. I live in Colorado Springs, but work in Littleton. I called Paddock Imports trying to locate the cable and associated attaching parts. Doug Paddock was very knowledgeable about the car and could supply the parts, however I didn't realize his shop was so far away. Doug recommended I drop his name with Autoworks Colorado near where I work to have them supply the part. Everything worked out and I was able to pop in a new cable and drive my Jetta home that afternoon. Doug didn’t have to do this and could have simply ended our conversation with I can get the parts and this is my price, but went the extra step. Great service.

I was really pleased with this shop. Derrick gave me a really reasonable estimate. Got my car in soon after and had it back to me in just a few days. The work was flawless. Excellent job. They go the extra mile. I highly recommend this shop and would definitely use them again.

My jeep was stolen and there was a lot of damage that needed to be repaired. A family member referred me to see Derek. Derek was able to get my vehicle in, in a timely fashion even though it was during the holidays. He did an amazing job. My jeep was in pristine condition when he was done. Better than it was when I drove it off the lot two years prior. I highly recommend Derek and his team!

Barbee's Freeway Ford
I just bought a new 2016 Ford Escape from Freeway Ford and want to thank the salesman, Jordan, for the great job he did helping me that day. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the quality of vehicles he sells but I never felt pressured. After the test drive he answered all of my questions thoroughly so that I could be confident I had the information I needed to make the best decision. I love my new Escape! Thank you Ford and thank you Jordan! I will highly recommend you to anyone I know interested in buying a vehicle.

Outstanding experience. I have purchased many new cars from various dealerships and this by far has been my best experience. Jordan worked with me expeditiously to get the vehicle I wanted with a very fair price on my Trade In. He also worked with the Ryan in finance to assist in this being the shortest wait I have had to get my documents completed. He was very knowledgeable of the new Ford Explorer and also assisted with an issue I discovered after taking possession of the car. Would do it again at Freeway if the situation ever arises. Thank You!
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
