During an oil change and routine diagnostics for my 2011 Equinox at my local shop in mid September, the mechanic mentioned he got three codes related to the catalyst converter. I had recently received a letter regarding this and told him I'd take it to Chevy as it was a recall that would be fixed by them for no cost. I made an appointment and brought it here on Sep 19th first thing in the morning. I was told that it was not the catalyst converter, but the camshaft. Between that and brake pads on the back, I spent close to $700.Oct 10th, on my way to have my air checked at my local shop, the check engine light came on again. My local shop informed me that they /again/ got the catalyst code. I called Autonation when I came home and dropped it off the 11th at 7:30 am. I was allowed a loaner car. I was told that, ah yes, they did get the catalyst code /this/ time. They fixed that and the fuel line recall and I picked up my Equinox yesterday, the 13th, around 5pm. I was FIVE miles down Linton Blvd when the check engine light came on AGAIN. Are you kidding me? They offered to let me bring it back, which would be the third time in three weeks, and I originally accepted and then called back and declined for now. How am I supposed to trust it will actually be fixed THIS time? They were barely even apologetic and I only gave two stars instead of one because of the loaner car. Third time is a charm maybe? I called OnStar and asked them to run a diagnostics, which returned the code P013B - Oxygen Sensor Slow Response Lean to Rich Bank 1 Sensor 2. I've had it. I've half a mind to just pay to have it fixed by someone so that it might finally be right - I don't understand how it's still throwing codes after two visits. I can't recommend them at all.

"A happy camper" I have been buying vehicles for business and pleasure for over 55 years. Until I met and worked with Carlos Menendez as a salesperson I thought all sales people came from the same mold. Carlos is a no pressure individual, which does more to gain respect from potential customers. He would not let my wife and I leave the lot with our new vehicle, until he was sure we understood the complicated (at least to me) equipment and how to operate it. Then a follow up call 2 days later to confirm that we had no unanswered questions. I have already and will continue to recommend Carlos to any one interested in replacing their vehicle. Delray Hyundai has a real Gem in Carlos. I have owned vehicles from a 1962 Nash Rambler, 11 in arrow Lincoln Town Cars, Mercedes Convertible, Lexus, Cadillac, Oldsmobile, Ford Expedition and many others, but so far owning my 2015 Genesis can hold a candle to any one of them. I had previously purchased another Genesis, from a different Hyundai Dealership, and I will not revisit or recommend them to anyone ever again. They told me lies from Salesman to Service dept. personnel. happy customer

I purchased a 2016 New Honda Accord Sport Seden on June 4, 2016 from Delray Honda. Past purchases from other dealers had made me terrified, rather even traumatized, of entering a car dealership. I relayed my fears and needs to Salesman Mark Melnick, Internet Director Jason Hopkins, and General Sales Manager Al Benjamin. They promised that my out the door cost as quoted via email would be honored, and that I would not be harassed about extraneous contracts and warranties, which was a fear of mine. Recently visited Delray Acura to see about acquiring a new TLX. We met with Ron Hirsch and had one of the best experiences in dealing with an auto dealership. Nobody enjoys buying a car. It is up there with going to the dentist . I must say that my experience with Ron Kirsch and the Delray Acura team was a pleasant surprise. It was relatively painless and Ron was an outstanding salesperson. He didn't waste time and we shared some great Star Trek stories while I was waiting. I will definitely consider returning to this dealership in the future.
