Advanced Automotive Repair
My car started running worse and worse and then it began overheating. I went to the garage close to where I live. They looked at it and said the engine needed rebuilding and quoted me over a thousand dollars. That was way out of my budget. When my dad heard he recommended a garage he has used for 15 years repeatedly. Out of desperation I took his advice and went to ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR of Deland Fl for their diagnosis. After looking at it, they said it only needed a head gasket for $290. They had it fixed the next day and I was out the door. That was four months ago and it still runs like a champ. The funny part is, Jud from ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR is not a slick talker that convinces you like some high priced sweet talking salesman out to empty your wallet. He says whats wrong with the car, what it will cost to fix it, how long it takes to fix. After that he doesn't have much to say. He doesn't seem desperate for more business. Conversation is not his strong suit. But fixing it right and saving me money is his strong suit, and that suited me just fine. Thanks Jud. Sharon

This was the best place I've been. They were so helpful. It was a real surprise for me. I have bought a lot of cars over the years but I never had such a great and honest experience buying one before. I have seen it all and I have definitely heard it all. I asked questions and got real answers. I don't feel like I was pitched or talked into what I wanted. I was given more information than usual also. I didn't feel like I was being persuaded one way or the other, just helped. That is the way it should always be. It isn't sadly but it should be. I put down a deposit because I was worried that I might have made a snap judgement on buying a car which is not what I wanted to do. It just seemed to be going too well. I wasn't pushed into taking it home though I did not give much of an excuse for putting down a deposit so I could think on it first. I spoke to the salesman James a couple times again because I just had a few more questions that I did think of after. So, I bought and no regrets.

Worth the tripWe checked on the discounts for this Car Dealer online before we called down there. We were looking for a minivan or a sedan for our family. We had another baby and needed a car that was a little roomier. I tried a few other sites but could not get a van i was looking at for less money. So far I tried other places and when the price was ok the interest shot up the payment or if the payment was lower they wanted too much. We called down there and I talked to James. We went over their car quote and what our payment would be possible. There were too many variables so we needed to make the trip over and see if the vehicle was worth the effort. It was and we were shocked to get the sale price and a good interest rate. It went real well for us over there. The paperwork didn't take that long either. The salesman had the car detailed for us while we waited. All in all it was a good experience and we are glad we made the purchase.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Charles at Primecar. I am so happy and pleased with my second purchase and have to say they make me feel like family and I look forward to my next purchase with them . The process is smooth and easy . I got emotional speaking with Charles reminiscing my first purchase when my credit was not good at all . It meant a lot to me that they treated me with professionalism and got me into the car of my dreams 4 years ago . I never forgot what they did and how much it meant to me . My credit plumished since then and I decided to go back to the one company that believed in me and took a chance . Today I drove home with a beautiful 2016 SUV and nothing made me happier then to re visit my extended family at Primecar! Thank you Charles, Daniel and Jeff ! God Bless you for helping me and I'm sure many others ! You all ROCK !

I wish this was the first dealership I had gone to for buying a car. I wasn't sure what I was looking for. All I knew was it was time to upgrade my car to a newer one in better condition. It was the same at all of the dealerships until I came to RC Hill's dealership. They were so nice and friendly. I was so sick of looking until I went there. All the other places were the same. They were in a hurry and there were no great deals in the final deal in one way or another. When I went to RC Hill, I met James. I told him exactly what I was trying to do. He understood and he had no troubles in helping me. He listened and did not try to hurry me on what my final decision was. This was a major purchase for me and it was nice to have it be a good experience also. I will be back again and thanks for all they did for me there.

Dave has been wonderful to us and our vehicles. In a world where car dealerships and so many technicians are downright criminal Dave is a breath of fresh air. Dave has always treated us with kindness and respect. Being of humble means it is awesome ro know an honest technician who does only what needs to be done at a fair price. Another rare quality in Dave if you provide the part he only charges labor that my friend is hard to find. Dave does his very best to diagnose your problem first time out though like in many repairs he never knows when a greater problem will be found. In closing if you want someone who is honest and good Dave is your man.

I had an accident which was someone else's fault - so I can't speak to the cost. I only know that they were very helpful. My father had just died and I had no paperwork with me as my life was in chaos. They pulled the information and took care of things for me. They have excellent customer service. And as stated in someone else's review, the car was cleaner inside and out when it was returned to me. I can't even tell there was ever any damage to the car. And I have a lifetime guarantee as long as I own this car. They made a tough time a little easier for me.I would recommend them to anyone needed body work to their vehicle.

Ted And Sons Automotive Services
We use Ted & Sons when we need auto repairs. I asked around and saw positive reviews. All of my dealings have been great. A couple different times we would go there with a problem Jerry or his brother would fix it in just a few minutes and then say no charge. Each time I didn't expect it and I thought it would be at least $100. Another time I turned on the AC an smoke came out the air vent. They sent use over to Orange city Auto Elect. It is an Honest company because honest people work there. They do little things for nothing when they can they repair autos right the first time at a fair price. I highly recommend them. Bill Watford

They have honestly great service... I found my sales person James W. to be very knowledgeable too, this company was extremely honest in the finance department and efficient. I was still undecided between two cars. He helped me understand the pros and cons and which would better suit my life. When I finally decided it must have taken a good part of the day but I never felt rushed to buy anything. I am greatful I came here to check out their inventory because of a special they were running. I hope when I come back for my next car, I can work with the same people again.

I did not go for a new car but James showed me the Mitsubishi brand I and was very pleasantly surprised. The test drive is so so smooth even for a 4 cyl. The pick up was exceptional, good smooth shifting through gears. A comfortable ride all the way around. Good having the option of FWD, AWD and AWD Lock. Love the options with the sunroof, and large sub speaker with rear third row jump seat. The bluetooth works out great too. Great MPG. This was a good choice and a great vehicle altogether. Thanks to RC's and the others that got me into one.
Tips & Advices
The location of a vehicle can be monitored during transport. Many auto transport companies offer tracking services that allow for monitoring a car's journey via their website. If a company doesn't offer online tracking, an owner can receive updates on the vehicle's progress and location by calling the auto transport company.
With open car transport, your car is typically moved from one location to the next on an open car hauler. Open car transport is often the less-expensive option, but it leaves the vehicle susceptible to damage from traffic and the weather. Still, know that damage is rarely incurred with open car transport. With enclosed car transport, your vehicle is shipped in a boxed trailer. This shipping method is often used to transport luxury cars, antique vehicles, and pricey specialty cars.
To prepare a car for transport, take photos of the vehicle, and identify any preexisting damage. Later, this will help assess if the vehicle has been damaged in transit. In addition to removing personal items, car owners should remove or disable the car's alarm system, and remove custom products and add-ons like DVD players and GPS systems to avoid theft. Fold in the vehicle's side mirrors, and remove the antenna.  Have an extra set of keys, so you don't have to give the carrier your only set. Finally, make sure the gas tank has roughly a quarter tank of fuel.  A full fuel tanks adds excess weight, but they’ll need to be some gas in the tank so the car can be driven to and from the shipping facility.
Your car cannot be packed with belongings while it is being transported. The Department of Transportation bans carriers from shipping cars that are loaded with household items. If a carrier breaks this law, it might be levied with a fine of up to $10,000.
Auto transport companies have insurance that is designed to provide reimbursement if damage to a car occurs during transit. If you believe your car has been damaged during transport, it's important to promptly notify the auto transport company, since some companies only allow 30 days to file a claim.
