    Katy has couple of rude and obnoxious employees.

    I was a client for over 25 years. The couple of times that I had a claim I never received a call, follow up or any kind of help from this office.

    Once I called in the morning and I have a medical condition that makes my fatigued. It took me a minute to verbally communicate to the employee. Before I could finish he in very rude and impatient voice asked "What do you want?".

    I also never received a call to go over my coverage during the 25 year period.

    One time when I tried to rectify a billing error the employee I talked to was very rude. He kept talking over me; not letting me finish what I was saying. He tried to blame me for the error and did nothing to assist me. The way he spoke to me was in a very condescending obnoxious manner. I was able to resolve the error by calling the corporate offices.

    When I asked to speak to Katy the employee told me " She is never here and we run the office".

    STAY AWAY! I have been a customer of State Farm for 25 years, and of Ms. Fenbert's for 10 years. A few weeks ago we filed our first homeowner's claim in those 25 years.

    The company tried one reason after another to not cover the loss.

    Unfortunately, Ms. Fenbert was not an adequate advocate for us even after taking our auto and home business for 10 years.

    There are far cheaper firms and better agents. Since her/their service is so bad, there is no logic in going to this agency, or to State Farm.
