1 Decatur Pro Auto Repair Inc
This place used to be good few years ago but I've only had bad experiences last couple of years. They always try to charge you more for the services you don't need and customer service is terrible!

I was lied to about the repairs needed. After diagnosis, was told I would absolutely need $1000 in repairs, went somewhere else to find out the necessary repair was actually only $70. Completely felt taken advantage of. Will definitely not be returning, and strongly encourage you to stay away from this place. They're the epitome of a shady mechanic, I'm very disappointed.

LexTech Lexus Repair of Atlanta
I suppose I should be mad that a battery installed November, 2016, would be declared defunct in June, 2017. But not when LexTechs replaced it free of charge on warranty. Nice job, guys--always fair, professional, and trustworthy. That's why I remain a repeat customer.

MBM of Decatur
I Am a Auto Dealer looking for a Trustworthy shop and this was not it, this was the worst decision I've made in a long time. They had my car for 1.5 Days and rendered no service. When I was fed up with calling and waiting I went to the shop and asked for my car back. Victor lied and said we just checked your and we tested a whole bunch of stuff "they touched Nothing" Also lied about his pricing! People you have been warned. To top it off Victor made a statement that TRUMP was his hero. That speaks for itself for those who it applies to. Spend your POWER elsewhere!

NTB National Tire & Battery
Took my sons truck here for tires. first the wrong tires were installed. after getting the correct tires on two lug nuts broken and told alignment not done due to front end parts needing replaced, went to another location and had alignment done. one tire went flat every other day and here after four trips to two different NTB tire centers I am done! do not use NTB for any automotive services you will be disappointed and waste alot of time.

Fray's Auto Tech
Ive been dealing with Mr Fray for about ten years now. His shop wasn't always the best equipped but he's made drastic improvements in the years as of late. He's also a proficient business man, and very well informed of his Professional responsibility. I hope to do much business with his establishment in the future.

Karma VW & Audi Specialist
*****PLEASE READ!!!*****My 2013 VW was shifting hard so I took it to Karma based on all the 5 star reviews. They later called and told me that my transmission was shot and they would need to get a rebuilt one for $5.400, the manager, Jason also told me that my ignition was fried and that my car wouldn't start which was odd considering I've never had a problem with my ignition. Feeling they were being less than honest with me, I picked up my car and took it to the Volkswagen dealership (Jim Ellis) for a diagnostic. THE DIAGNOSIS... LOW TRANSMISSION FLUID $360!!! and there was nothing wrong with my ignition... My car has 63,000 miles and 3,000 past the warranty which is why I didn't take it to the stealership first. They said my transmission is in excellent condition and should be good for at least 100,000 more miles. I told them about Karma's recommendations and they were amazed at the blinding dishonesty by Karma. PLEASE! don't be tricked by all the 5 star reviews like I was.I'm pretty sure they are from Karma and their friends, By the way, Karma's decision according to the manager, that my transmission is shot was based on a single diagnostic code from an OBD scanner which is thrown if the transmission fluid gets low. The ignition... I'm guessing was based purely out of greed on their part for another $350 to replace (or not???) a part that was not broke...Looking back, two years ago my brother took his VW Tiguan to Karma and received a similar diagnoses of $4,000 and the "car won't start" so he used it as a trade in. I wonder now if they did the same to him and how many others they have scammed into unnecessary work... AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!!! There are too many good mechanics around to risk taking it to this place. Don't risk it, go somewhere else. You have nothing to lose.
Tips & Advices
To prepare a car for professional automotive detailing, get rid of any larger trash items that may be inside the vehicle's cabin. It's also a good idea to remove personal items--especially larger items like booster or car seats— from both the cabin and the trunk, since this allows the detailer to access all the vehicle's nooks and crannies more thoroughly.
Detailing frequency depends on a number of factors. Cars in climates that have harsh winters will need to be detailed more frequently, since snow and road salt increase the need for this type of care. Cars with black or dark paint might also need more frequent detailing than lighter cars, since dirt tends to be more visible on darker shades. It's recommended that all vehicles be detailed at least three times a year.
The length of time it takes for automobile detailing will depend on the overall condition of the car and the breadth of services being performed. An automobile detailing session can take anywhere from 30 minutes for a clean car getting minimal detailing services to an entire day for a heavily soiled car getting a complete detailing treatment.
Paint sealants are similar to car waxes, and they are often used when a car is being detailed. Relative to waxes, paint sealants leave a less shiny finish, but they offer a greater degree of protection.
Car waxing is the process of applying a protective coating to a car's paint. It’s often included with automobile detailing. Waxing can leave a car's sheet metal with a bright and shiny appearance. Car waxing also lengthens the life of a car's paint job by protecting it from the elements.
