They deserve this 5 star rating. We bought a blower from Amazon and after we got it assembled my husband went to start it up which it did very easily, problem was it would not drive forward or reversed. He contacted the vendor from Amazon and was given Advanced Engine and Mower in Dearborn. I did a search and came up with the bad reviews on this page, but he called because we were stuck, my husband has COPD and it was a challenge for the two of us to put it together last week only to find out it would not drive. Plus last year we had both our blower and our tractor break down at the end of the season, called someone here in Redford to do the work which meant we needed someone to pick it up and deliver the equipment. We waited and waited until the guy finally got the parts, then we began to worry about the grass coming up and would it be back in time for that. It finally made it here, but right after he took the tractor out the first time the belt broke and we had to have him come back to replace the broken belt, which was finally done and we ran okay. Then with the new snow season started we thought we might need a back up blower just in case and bought this one, then the problem with the new one started. I have to use the blower due to my husband's lung problems and now we have someone we feel we can trust. Advanced called us promptly as promised this morning and wanted to come right out to pick up the blower, my husband was going to call the vendor back to find out if he needed authorization, but when he talked to the guy from Advanced he said it was not necessary and when my husband showed him the part that fell out which was a crescent shaped drive key he told him we may have it back tonight. Which is exactly what happened, he picked it up at around 9:30 this morning, and was back here around 5:30 to 5:45. They were very courteous and polite and as I explained VERY prompt. They had to charge us $50 for pick up and delivery, but that is pretty standard, although the vendor should have some responsibility there, but we are not complaining. It looks like I may have a chance to try it out in the next couple of days, but we will need them in the future for sure.
