Pet Supermarket
I have been shopping here for almost a year. The store is very clean as you would expect from a large chain. I am always greeted by an employee and offered assistance. I am giving this store only a two star rating because I received nothing but lip service from one of the staff members. When I was in the fish department an employee asked if he could help with anything. I told him that his beta fish didn't look very healthy. He assured me they were fine. He actually told me one was okay and was only sleeping. (note: I'm not 6 years old and managed a large pet store in Dallas for many years). I made a dog food purchase and left the store. My husband returned a couple weeks later and purchased a beta fish from the same employee who I had talked with previously. The guy sold my husband a beta fish with fin rot.

Scales And Tails
Regardless of if your are new or experienced to the reptile world you need to swing by Scales & Tails. This store is clean and professional while at the same time they are extremely knowledgable about products and reptiles. Very kid friendly and they love to answer questions. Another great point that keeps me coming back is that they are not pushy sales people telling we why I "have to" buy their products. They give you the facts and let you make your own decision. Go check out Scales & Tails you won't be disappointed!!A+ Guys!!

Scales And Tails
I buy all my reptiles from this store. They do in fact take care of their animals, i know the owners very well, the whole family. they are very friendly and go out of their way to help you out. The cages are clean the animals are very healthy i have 4 from them, 2 dragons, and 2 other different types of gekko's. i have never had an issue with any of them when in the past i have gotten dragons from mainstream pet stores and they have all died. I wont go to any other pet store i love Scales and Tails :) see you soon!

Scales And Tails
We went there to get a turtle and the things we needed for it. It was an awesome experience. The last working was awesome, very helpful and polite. She helped us get the necessary items and she even set up our tank for Definitely give this place a try!
Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
